They kept me completely informed of cost before and during the ordeal and did not seem like they were trying to get the most money out of me, but rather to give me choices. The cost were probably in line with everybody else in Missoula and I was not troubled with a sticker shock. I highly recommend their services! And most importantly they helped me cure my dog. As to an idea about cost: the exam was $85, blood work was around $110 and I had some meds. The total bill was $285 which I didn't think was very bad at all.

This was on a Monday or a Tuesday. We went into the x-ray room. The doctor couldn't figure out what was going on the office manager came in and rushed us out saying she was very busy. Dr. Jenny is the one that wanted us to see the x-rays so she gave her some medication, that Friday at 5 am because she had gotten so much worse. we had to take her to the emergency where she was diagnosed with FIP and had to be euthanized. all Dr. Jenny said there was a perfect storm of something going on and she wasn't sure. so why didn't she keep her or immediately send me to the emergency vet. ? I had trusted her for many years for my other cat. This has been eating at me for quite some time, but I've had health issues so this was the last thing on my list. I will agree with other reviewers that say the office manager is horrible and I've tried to be very nice to her to turn her around, but she's rude. My other senior cat and my kittens I decided to see a new vet. Obviously, there's difference of opinions with vets, but my new vet made some changes to my senior kitty taking her off medication that Dr. Jenny had her on for 10 years and she started to do so much better. I really like Dr. Jenny herself and even boarded my cats there on several occasions. The last few times I ordered them. I always gave them more food much more food than they would normally eat in the last few times I would pick them up. They said oh they ate all that food and we had to give them some of ours so I was charged with that. I thought that was kind of strange because I know how much my cats eat so to run out and then have to pay them for more food didn't sit right with me and that had only happened in the past two times that I boarded there . and I was very disappointed to find out everything I found out with different vets after I left the practice. Obviously, this has been eating at me for quite some time, but I'm still upset about my cat being sent home with FIP went at that time. There was no cure she still would have need to be euthanized but it would've saved me $800 and three days of my cat suffering needlessly I really hope some changes come about there because having a feline only practice is awesome

Very dirty office. What looked like blood or some other fluid on the table. It smelt and looked…read morelike the floors/etc. hadn't been cleaned in some time. Office was great at getting us rescheduled. Gal at the desk was very friendly and for the short time we actually saw the dr...he seemed nice. However, we were sent to a dirty room where we waited over 30 minutes before the vet came in. The appointment was for our foster to get shots, he came in and almost instantly gave the vaccines. There wasn't any inquiry on how he's doing, no temp taken, etc. I had mentioned he came to us with a double ear infection and I wasn't sure how they were healing....doctor barley looked in his ears and said 'looks fine to me.' That was the extent of our visit. Currently taking him to our personal vet to have more proper care as the smell & constant head shaking would suggest that his ears are not 'fine.' {{{UPDATE: He in fact has a really bad double ear infection which was confirmed instantly by our personal vet. Very disappointed.}}} This could be from a miscommunication from the rescue to the vet, but I was very disappointed in the quickness of the interaction and the cleanliness of the office.
