They are terrific! I usually take my dog Penne here for nail trims and they can always take her. Recently I made her a grooming appointment because I felt she needed a little pampering and I am so happy with the results. She is so clean, soft and got the cutest bandana. We had an appointment for 1100 in the morning (booked 2 months in advance), and we brought our dog in at 1045. We get a call at 1600, to come pick our dog up. No food or water in the small kennel they put him in, and didn't take him out to go pee until five minutes before we picked him up. They couldn't get to him, except to give him a shoddy attempt at a bath. If we could bring him in the next day, they would trim him. We brought him back and told them not to clip his beard, his ears or his tail. We get him back and he's just butchered. They shaved off part of his beard, one of his ears halfway, and the rest of the trim was all uneven. He has high and low spots all over his entire body. We will NEVER go back there again. There were no apologies given or any discount for the poor cut and service. read more

I had a great experience here. We just moved to the area (we've been all over the country the past couple of years for work) and decided to get our fluffy corgi groomed here. Out of all the groomers I've used around the country, I might even go as far to say they did the best job. I don't usually leave reviews but felt I should in this instance. His fluffy corgi butt is really hard to get right! ;) They did great. They asked lots of questions about my preferences and were diligent in making sure they got things right. My dog was calm and happy when I picked him up. I'll definitely be going back. read more

Just moved to town and my Pomeranian was in desperate need of a haircut. I looked on yelp and found 2 barking sisters and decided to give them a try. I really liked the fact that I could book online and was able to schedule her for the day that worked for me. I'm always reluctant to trust anybody with my pup, but the ladies in there were very sweet to my dog and I, and they did an amazing job!! Very reasonable prices as well. What a wonderful first experience for my doodle puppy. They treated her so well and she looked amazing when I picked her up. Also, I had stupidly double booked appts for her and they were good about getting her out of there in the time I needed. The price was great and the treatment my baby got was even better. When I picked my spoo up after 6 hours she didn't look like a well groomed poodle. After he trimmed her tail, which I asked him not too, I was upset. Always asked for poodle feet and I now assume he didn't know how. I was brushing her ears the next day and there was a golf ball size matt that I had to cut out. And lastly, I was scratching her back and when I was done my fingernails were filthy. That's a groom??? read more

If I could give more than five stars, I would. I dropped in this morning in the hope of getting my hound dog's nails trimmed and even though they had multiple dogs going, they popped Jackson up on a table right away, clipped and buffed his nails in about ten minutes flat (they look great!) and only charged me ten bucks. The groomer was so sweet and put my boy right at ease, and the other groomers were really sweet and friendly. I'm a fan for life. Thanks, Sisters! read more

My dogs and I love 2 Barking Sisters! My senior dog usually acts up with dramatic histrionics whenever I bring him to be groomed, but the staff here know exactly how to perk him up and help me not feel like the meanest person alive when I drop him off. Grooming service is superior and reasonably priced, and I appreciate how accommodating they are when it comes to making appointments. Additionally, I can bring in my other dogs who don't have grooming needs for complimentary nail trimming. That service doesn't exist anywhere. And there certainly arent adorable scratch-baked and hand decorated dog cookies available in those places, either. read more

I love taking my two dogs to 2 Barking Sisters. I just shoot a text when I can get them there and she texts me back what's available. In this day and age, that is perfect for me. The prices are very reasonable. I get my terrier mix trimmed like a schnauzer and my lab/border mix shaved down short and they do a great job on both. My pups love to be there (probably for the fabulous bakery) and behave very well (or so I'm told, lol). I am always recommending them to any friend that has pets. read more

2 Barking Sisters Dropped the ball on my appointment made over two weeks ago, made Personally on the phone. Have been using them since the original owner was a friends wife. We groom ourselves due to cost, but every spring bring them in for a "Good Haircut". Drove 30 miles into Missoula only to receive a phonecall stating we have no appointment. Then asked if we wanted to reschedule.... Are you kidding me??!! No thank you! We will be finding a new Groomer!!! read more

I don't recommend this place. Slow to respond and unfriendly staff. My Alaskan Malamutes collar was tightened by the groomer, nearly cutting off the air. Not sure why? No thanks to this groomer. read more

Such a knowledgeable and friendly staff! They are not a one size fits all grooming place, they groomed my Bear Dog based on what was best for his breeds type of coat. Health, comfort, and happiness is their focus not cosmetic although all of those categories were met! He was wagging his tail and smiling on the grooming table even when they blow dried him and he is deathly afraid of the vacuum at home. I was amazed at the level of care they provide during the grooming, he was loved and made it a positive experience. He came out happy and proud! Excellent nail trim, blew his coat out, bath, and cleaned his ears at a steal of a price. They even gave him a cute bandana! He smelled great, looked INCREDIBLE, and most importantly enjoyed being groomed which had been a fear of mine never going to a professional groomer before. The owner Renee, who groomed him, is nothing short of a dog whisperer and knows so much about dogs beyond grooming I was thrilled to have my dog in the hands of such a professional! I got tired of the Box Store plain cut and shampoo. The Folks at 2 Barking Sisters styled my Yorkie the way I asked and I let them have free rein on my Teacup Poodle. I have a very large and very fluffy German shepherd who is a sweet guy but is not a fan of any brushing. A.k.a. He's a project. I am amazed at how great of a job they did with my big guy. My Pomeranian got a total hack job. Warned the groomer about my dog having a bad hind leg. When I got her home she was limping badly. She limped for 3-4 days. Had to take her some where else to get her hair cut again - second groomer had to cut her hair down pretty short. Not happy about her having such short hair for the holidays. It's too cold for her to ride along and do errands, so I have to leave her at home. read more
