He communicated through email and FB messenger. I did not have to have any contact with him as he sent me the proposal electronically and he showed up at the time he said. Day 1 he pressure washed my driveway and pool deck with professional equipment. Day 2 he taped off areas not to be painted and then completed the painting/sealing job. I left a check for him outside and he put my receipt in my mailbox when the job was completed. With everyone out taking neighborhood walks, I can see from inside my house that my neighbors stop and look at how nice my freshly painted driveway looks.
