The reason provided was due to Covid (which was 4yrs ago). This company requires that you blindly submit an application and apply prior to seeing any of the rentals they have listed. Once you apply and they run your credit then they still will not show you the rental and if they do it will be during your working hours. When addressing the difficulties their business practices create for those looking to relocate to the area through this company, you are then advised that they put people through much worse and some people come from out of state and experience even worse. Wow, way to consider the consumer, run their credit and then provide them with nothing. This was not only shocking but appalling. The credit check they run apparently lasts only 6months, you'd be lucky to even be able to view a property during this timeframe. I wish to inform other consumers contemplating using this company, they are not for the consumer, they said they get tons of applications apparently (aka you don't matter to them as a consumer). Their business practices are questionable and there is absolutely no care or concern held for those applying. It feels as though you are taken back to in the 1960's era and severely mistreated with no care or concern. I will also express how incredibly condescending some of the people representing this company will be when speaking with them. I have never experienced such negativity or bad business through any other property management company. Please analyze the facts and be aware of the circumstances surrounding a decision to do business through this company.
