Here goes: OH MY GOD, if you go to Kat Shea just for JUST a massage, you'll miss the important stuff. Sure, you'll get the best massage you've ever had, but to get the full benefit of this remarkable woman's talents, you must go with the anticipation that there is more to being healed than manipulation of sore muscles, and you must be fully willing to open yourself up like the lid of life's essential elixir itself. Driving from Ohio I made it through 4 hrs of the worst winter storm I've even driven crossing Kansas into Colorado. The stress from that white knuckler created a knot between my shoulder blades that came through to my chest, pain! I knew I needed a massage when I arrived. I took a shot and was able to book an appt at another massage place. When I got off the phone, something about it didn't feel right. I kept yelp searching and found Kat. Again, took a shot and got ahold of her. Explained to her my situation and received a compassionate soul that I felt like I had already visited many times before. She even pushed an already booked client back a half hour for me. When I arrived, she asked me of anything else that would have had an effect on this terrible knot I had.
