I work for a large nonprofit and we have worked with Design Printing for at least the 5 years I've…read morebeen here, and I believe the relationship was established long before. We regularly print things like vinyl banners, foam core signage, posters, and palm cards/brochures. Every so often we have something extra fancy, like a chrome-foiled folded menu for a formal event, or a large format newsprint zine with vibrant photography. Staff is always incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. They provide options for new projects we dream up, bring us samples, and share photos of test prints so we know we're getting exactly what we want. The personal relationship we've built makes new projects less stressful, because we know Design Printing will always help us out! They save us when we need to print last minute, and are always willing to work something out if a mistake is made. I appreciate that they quickly work to find a solution when there's a mistake, instead of telling us there's nothing they can do because the event is the following day, etc. I highly recommend you build a relationship with Design Printing! Their professionalism will put your mind at ease, and the high-quality products speak for themselves.

We reached out to DPRINTLA because they already worked with other clubs at our campus. We ordered 250 yearbooks, but they offered up another 22. They ended up helping us immensely, offering us cheaper prices for their overtime work when we made mistakes, offering discounts for the additional labor needed to fix the design files... Overall they helped some students who had no clue what they were doing produce some pretty awesome prints. Just make sure to review all the files they send back to you so there aren't any errors that slide by. Will always recommend!

Food Network - Today's breakfast was late, so it was "The Kitchen" that was on for my breakfast viewing.

I was absolutely hooked on everything Food Network since I first discovered it! I still enjoy and…read moreuse many Food Network recipes after selecting the highest rated recipes and then reading through the reviews to see suggested the various suggested tweaks. Robert Irvine's Restaurant Impossible and Dinner Impossible were among my favorites! I've seen every episode of both shows at least once and many episodes over and over! I was beyond thrilled when he worked his magic at "The Main Dish" in Meridianville, AL about 30 miles from our house in 2012. The hubs and I could not wait to visit it after it's makeover! We had a nice time there! The owners, the Tverbergs, sold the restaurant the following year at a profit - that's a score! The Main Dish episode was ranked as high as five of all the Restaurant Impossible episodes. Semi-Homemade Cooking with Sandra Lee was always good for a laugh! Sandra threw what seemed to be random prepackaged ingredients together, and she always seemed 10 sheets to the wind. Here's her Brown Rice with Balsamic and Tarragon recipe's ingredients: 4 c. canned chicken broth, 1 T balsamic vinegar, 2 packages boil-in-a-bag brown rice, 2 springs fresh tarragon. Seriously? I liked Barefoot Contessa despite Ina Garten's slightly snooty attitude, I liked Alton Brown's Good Eats, and I watched Nigella Lawson's shows. I like "Cooking Channel" that is owned by Food Network. I watched "Extra Virgin" with Debi Mazar and "Nadis G's Bitchin' Kitchen" which is the stage name for Nadia Giosia who is an unprofessionally trained celebrity chef and punk rock singer. I liked her black leather jacket! I also enjoyed "Not My Mama's Meal" in which Bobby Deen tweaked his Mom's recipes to make them healthier by reducing both calories and fat. It's always fun to browse the Food Network items for sale at Kohl's. I have a nice large Food Network cutting board and I also have one of their Test Kitchen cookbooks. Thank you, Food Network for inspiring fans for over 30 years!

Getty Images bought out Jupiter Images and officially took over on Monday, 2/23/09. BLOGGERS BEWARE!…read more Getty Images does not watermark many of their images. As a result, when searching for images in search engines, pay close attention to the source. If you see the Getty name and are interested in the image, be sure to pay for it. Do not grab the image from the search engine site. Getty has an active program in place to seek out those who have mistakenly used their images. They immediately turn over ANY unauthorized use of their images to a law firm which makes the Mob look tame. Moreover, they apply usurious rates to their images and seek thousands of dollars in damages for images worth nothing or very little. This appears to be their business model, not the exception. They are very heavy handed, if not outright evil in their approach. If you can avoid Getty, do so.
