Mary provided an exceptional shopping experience when I visited the store on Mon. Jan. 20th. I was there to try on a product I saw online (K as in Kate Glitter Court Sneakers in silver) because they were final sale (great price!!) and based on the reviews, seemed to run big. Mary provided the 7 that was in stock and then the same style in another color in a size 7.5 to compare. She was patient while I decided and didn't pressure me one way or the other. The size I needed (7.5) was sold out online and she called other stores to find them. She was successful and arranged with the associate (Elaine from Denver Cherry Creek who was also fantastic!) to have a link sent via text so I could pay for them. (They are being shipped to me.) Every single time I walk into this store I am greeted by friendly people. Not an exaggeration in the slightest. Just super friendly people working here. The store is organized and easy to move through. There seems to always be some kind of a sale. I typically end up buying more than one piece when I come in looking for just one thing. The quality is pretty great for the price. Every season there is a kitch line. Bumble bees, lady bugs, now the polar bears and penguins? I love it. I really just can't say enough about how incredible my experiences here have been. I've found volunteers for a charity event. Met someone as obsessed with French bulldogs as I am. I don't own any Kate Spade currently, however in the very near future I can see Kate Spade hanging beautifully from my arm. My Mom was in town for Memorial Day and had recently purchased a Kate Spade bag and was looking for a matching wallet. The Kate Spade girls working were friendly and helpful while we browsed and asked multiple questions. My Mom found a wallet that was on sale and matched her bag and a cute bracelet that she just had to have. This location offers bags, shoes, clothing, and jewelry (one stop shopping at its best). Thank you for moving to the mall. I am so thankful. Parking when you were in the other location was such a nightmare and the storefront was too small for all of the tiny treasures to be held inside. I always receive amazing customer service when I visit here and although I do feel staff is a bit too pushy at times, I appreciate the fact that perhaps there might have been something I might have overlooked when browsing. I do have a Kate Spade addiction, which I won't go into any great detail to explain here, but needless to say if there was something available that I did not see and would want, I sincerely would like it pointed out to me. Price point is a little ridiculous for what you get, but remember that you were paying for designer product. Yes, you can get a knock off at target next year or maybe in six months, but I love supporting the whimsical, creative, and original genius of Kate Spade. Note: if the price point is just too much for your current budget, I highly recommend the Nordstrom rack down in Park Meadows. They carry a lot of Kate spade handbags and wallets at 50% discount. The Boulder location is a better choice if you're looking for shoes or accessories. Obviously, they're a season or two behind where the stores are in terms of the merchandise they carry, but I have picked up a few handbags there and wallets at an amazing discount. There are also some fantastic sellers on eBay if you are looking for a particular discontinued piece. I miss my Kate Spade outlet in Pleasant Prairie, Wisconsin, but hopeful as Denver grows we will eventually get one either in Castlerock or Golden. Until then, I will fix my hair and brave the parking prices and opulence of Cherry Creek Mall. read more

I've only been in this store once, but I had a really good experience. I was the only one in the store at the time. There were two sales associates working and I was helped immediately. I went with a product in mind, the white Seaport watch. They had it in stock. I needed a few links taken out of the band and they took the time to remove them for me. I used a coupon that I had on my cell phone to check out and they gave me no problems about it. The whole thing took a reasonable amount of time. The store is cute and tiny. It's clean. Since I was buying a watch, I didn't use the fitting rooms but I'd imagine they're cute and clean as well. It IS Kate Spade, after all. I'd recommend this store to others. The only thing is that I tried to stop in the store on Black Friday, only to determine that they didn't operate on special hours on Black Friday and I'm not sure whether the store itself offered any deals (although surprise.katespade.com did have a 75% off sale). KateSpade.com also participated in Cyber Monday. Just a heads up for anyone looking for deals next Christmas. read more

The strap on my bag that I had bought just barely over a year ago broke, so I took it in to see what could be done. Since the warranty only lasts for a year they were unable to repair it, but Nicole V offered to give me a new bag that was very similar for about $5, even though the new bag costed a bit more than my original bag. Labor Day weekend I went to Kate Spade in hope of finding my wedding shoes! Like many girls, I had a pair of shoes I loved from Pinterest. When I checked the Kate Spade website the shoes where not there. I showed the girls a picture and without hesitation called stores from NYC to Chicago trying to hunt down my dream shoes. I tried on similar shoes in store to find the right fit. All the girls were knowledgable, kind and energetic.
