They will go above and beyond to make sure that you are very happy. I have shopped at All American Sports for years, as both my kiddos are in sports. I also try to…read moresupport them since they are a small business and sponsor Colorado Springs Little League. However, after this last interaction, I will not be returning. I bought a pair of baseball pants for my son and they did not fit. I brought them back within the allotted time frame and was told they would not take the pants back because the receipt showed "unhemmed pants" but according to the worker, "these are clearly hemmed". The UPC code was the same for the pants on the receipt and on the tag on the pants. The worker (perhaps the owner) accused them of being "game worn". I told him that they did not fit my son, so he could not have worn them to a game. Also, I am not sure that I have seen white pants that are still stark white look stark white after a game. I showed him the tag on the pants showing they came from All American Sports. He still refused to exchange them. It really is a shame when the smaller companies do not support their customers, and customers are forced to go elsewhere. Very dissappointed and will share this experience with other parents within the league.

They even paid attention to small details, such as using shiny thread to replicate the chrome on his car. The Threaded Dragon team was incredibly helpful and friendly, and their customer service is unparalleled. They worked closely with their designer to ensure that the final image was of top-notch quality, and even though I was only making a small purchase they made me feel as important as their largest customers. I solicited quotes from a couple different embroidery companies in the Denver area and chose Threaded Dragon for both their fair/competitive pricing and excellent customer service. While I had originally planned on this being a one-off interaction, I'm now on the lookout for other embroidery projects to send their way. I got a tour of the facility and saw that they can do small stuff like water bottles and stickers to the bigger ticket items like banners and signage for your business. Our company was interested in his products and he gave us a few samples of his work. He is a veteran owned business and supports the military community in and around the Fort Carson area - he has made unit cohesion type shirts and gear for many military units here and overseas; they love his quick turnaround and quality of work. My weight training coach set up with David and Iron Identity and he created her own online store front where we could go and order whatever we wanted directly (he does this for his military units and some crossfit gyms as well). I'm always impressed with people who also do a lot of community outreach support and David is one of those people - there's hardly a project too small (or too big for that matter); he likes helping people and making things easy on businesses and organizations. So, tried to return the items that were not personalized (they would definitely not take that back, understood) and they would not return any of the items and we had to order new items. To be clear, we went into their store first and ordered the sizes THEY told us to order. The older man behind the counter was rude, condescending and demeaning. Not impressed and I would do everything in my power to not return.
