I've never been to a Duluth Trading Company store, only shopping online, and I was surprised that this is just nestled in the middle of downtown. I figured it would just be a little shop but I was pleasantly surprise that it's got some massive square footage, let alone for the location. A lot of the stuff isn't cheap, let's be real, but so far it's all held up fairly well. We spent a little over an hour here just wandering around, taking a look at everything the store had to offer. Fitting rooms are spacious and well lit, plenty of selection for all types of needs. If you're at all familiar with the brand and they have what you're looking for, this is worth a stop for sure. Was in town for a business trip, Duluth's was in walking distance from my hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful! Great selection of women's clothing and multiple sizes available. I purchased a pair of overalls I have been wanting for awhile. I was able to try on so many different styles and sizes of clothes, their tshirts so very comfortable as well as their tank tops.Will definitly order more clothes online as there is no store close by my home town. read more

While on the hunt for some Christmas gifts, I made my way downtown to the new Duluth Trading Company store, since I knew that more than one person on my Christmas List is a fan of the place. Located on the revitalized Whiskey Row, it's one place that lends new life to the area and is worth a visit if you've never been. Walk through the large front doors and marvel at the transformation. This place used to be a pretty neglected building, but you'd never know it from the looks of it now. Large restored windows, hardwood floors, and bright lights make the interior feel open and airy. I browsed around the well-organized sales floor and loved the selection of work clothes, outdoor clothes, travel attire, and knickknacks (like a Slinky Dog toy from the movie Toy Story). I found myself trying on some of the warm fluffy mittens, and drooling over some of the heavy winter coats -- when you live somewhere with a threat of Polar Vortex, these things become priorities! While I left empty-handed (some people are difficult to shop for), I loved my first visit to the downtown Duluth Trading Company, and will look forward to returning again soon to browse and buy -- for myself this time! read more

Been here a couple times cause my buddy likes to shop this place when I'm in town. This time I happened to be in need of jeans since I recently lost some weight. Found some that fit me incredibly well. Most jeans I get fit okay at the waist but are super baggy in the legs. These ones not only fit great but were also on sale. Only problem was they only had one pair left. Overall though I'd definitely come back and also check out the one near me back home. read more

This is the first time I have been to a Duluth store and I was blown away. Love the whole vibe and yes beavers are everywhere. How can you not like a store where a beaver is the mascot. The store has a ski resort/ lumber jack vibe. Lot's of comfy flannel and jeans. They Are also know for their underwear which is supposed to be roomy a non binding. Look for specials in the store because there are usually deals and associates are helpful with sizes and the on going deals. In the back of the store there is coffee and a few couches to chill for a minute. Only draw back of the store is parking but that is the nature of downtown and not a reflection of the business. Be patient and you should be able to find a spot at a meter. read more

This place is my new go-to shop for men's clothing! I am so impressed by their selection in tall clothing (hardly any stores carry talls in store)! The store is impeccably clean and organized and the staff is beyond friendly (in the beer way possible). The are never obtrusive but always ready to help. The location is easy to get to and there's always street parking available. I heard about their lifetime satisfaction promise so we put it to the test! My husband is REALLY hard on jeans and he purchased a pair about 6 months ago. Hey recently got a hole so we took them back into Duluth, no receipt, and they exchanged them for a brand new pair no questions asked, no hassle. I was shocked. Duluth has nice clothing. My boyfriend was looking for shoes and I was looking for clothing with sun protection. Neither of us found what we were looking for and at their prices, might have passed if they'd actually had what we needed. I wear the firehose pants instead of jeans. They fit great, and very durable. Yes they cost more than carhartt, but I can burn through a pair of them within a year. Most of my everyday clothes are Duluth. The underwear is great!!! Return policy is anything wrong within a year, return it, no questions asked. Just a heads up, if you wear a 2xl shirt, you may want to try an XL. The 2 xl is too large for me. I always ask for Duluth for Christmas! read more

Visited this location yesterday. They have a sign on the door that asks that you wear a mask UNLESS you are fully vaccinated. Being fully vaccinated I walked in without a mask. As soon as my sister and I walked in, an employee said, "can I offer you a mask?" We both replied that we were fully vaccinated. He rudely and condescendingly snapped back that he was too (yet still wearing a mask) and that it's about making other people feel safe and we should still wear one while in the store. If this is how the company and it's employees feel, REMOVE the sign that blatantly states you don't have to wear a mask in store if you're vaccinated. He was rude and judgmental as soon as we stepped in to the store. So much so, that I made the decision to purchase a Father's Day gift for my husband elsewhere. If Duluth supports their vaccinated customer's decision not to wear a mask, like their sign states, then they need to train/remind their employees of this. read more

I used to love Duluth's clothing until they recently changed to the plus size clothing line. I recently went to their store for the first time and was so excited to shop. Once I arrived, I quickly realized I am no longer their target market. 40+ and a size 4/small. There was very little for me to try on and the store sales people said I would just have to order the "smaller sizes" on line. The men's clothing was also the same way. Smaller active women are better off going to Eddie Bauer, Duluth can no longer meet your needs. Disappointed to say the least. read more
