All of the designer stores in Sawgrass Mills Mall is nice. This store is super clean, organized and I love that they have collabs with Hello Kitty characters and Snoopy. Sabrina assisted us as we were looking around. I got a small Coach bag for my oldest for her birthday but she wanted something a little bigger so we were scoping out different options before making a final decision. Kate Spade has some very nice handbags with simple designs so that was appealing to us. There was a medium black handbag she was considering and Sabrina helped answer some questions for us or find some other styles that may work for her preference too. My daughter took a photo and wanted to keep the bag she looked at as an option but we didn't buy anything on this particular day. Appreciated the assistance. read more

6-28-22 Tuesday 12:30pm Came to the mall as I just needed to get out of the office and not hungry for lunch. The only reason I stopped as I found a parking space upfront so it was a sign I was meant to shop. Went inside a few of the outdoor stores of my favorites Gucci and Theory but nothing caught my eye. Once I passed this store I was interested as I have several of her bags so interested to see what they had. The big sale was 70% off plus an additional 20%! Wow that's an incredible savings. I really was lacking a pink bag in my wardrobe so it was just hard to pick which one. So many styles to choose from. I ended up with a small light pick bag that would crossover my body. That's a favored style for me. Plus it has a built inside a wallet to hold my cards and drivers license. The final price was $66.51 not bad at all. The excitement of walking through Sawgrass is an experience in itself. But, the Kate Spade store is one of my favorite shops here. We have one up in Palm Beach, but it's not quite the same. I've found each store to be a bit unique, even the ones in Orlando. Each store carries inventory according to their clientele. Upon entering, you will always see the new arrivals, usually with less of a discount. The sides of the store are stocked with updated Kate Spade styles we are use to seeing, but maybe in new patterns. Jewelry/accessories The center always catches my eyes with Kate Spade jewelry. They are usually 60% off. I own several wallets, but I stay away from that section because they could cost as much as a handbag. Apple If you are an iPhone owner, Kate Spade is your stop for girlie cases and accessories. Clearance! The back of the store is where all the excitement happens! Clearance items are usually 70-75% off, sometimes more. If you find a shape in a pattern or color you like, this area is your best bet! Durability/classic These handbags are very durable and comes in different materials. I haven't had any bags fall apart on me. They are classic shapes that last for years! I have a handbag for each purpose and store them carefully in their own closet. Plus, handbags and accessories are a joy to shop for because it doesn't depend on on your weight or size. Recently Kate Spade has been on the rise of popularity with attracting more age groups then before. Many young girls are liking the bright and bold colors as well as older women liking the classic silhouettes of purses and clothing. We ended up buying a purse for my sister in law from here last night. The clearance section had great sales. 60 percent off as well as a 20 percent off. Usually they have 30-50 percent off depending on the specific sale. I like their clothes more than the purses. The quality of their clothes is superb. Example: your buying a cardigan with beads which is nicely wrapped and taken care of to make sure it doesn't lose its beads or buttons etc. They also carry a limited amount of jewelry, some pieces more glittery than others. I bought a pair of earrings which I will match with many outfits. They do not carry shoes in this location which is disappointing. I hope in the near future they start carrying some shoes to showcase the entire range of the season etc. Overall good experience with good sales associates ready to assist in any part of the store.~ read more

This place is so touristy and transit that you would think the staff would care less but they treat you so warmly and genuine every time I have been there! The day after thanksgiving sales are pretty awesome but this year the line was not worth the wait. Some people ended up waiting almost an hour in the sun as the line is extended from the covered walkway. My overall experience though with the store is that they have the classic colors, like pale pinks and black and white. The staff friendly as always but this years options were not that appealing. I love Kate Spade That being said, it will take a long time before I go back to this location and even then I'll peek in the window before I enter. Long story short, I had the most NASTY manager ring me up. She was snapping at me, accusatory, and condescending. The other (very nice) employees apologetically referred to her as 'the mean manager.' I really wish I'd gotten her name, but she is very blonde and rather curvy. She RUINED the nice outing I was having with my mother. We purchased SIGNIFICANTLY fewer items as a result of wanting to just leave the store and get away from her. And as we were leaving, I looked through the window and saw her berating one of the poor sweet sales associates. Like every outlet, the best deals are on last season's designs, and you have to hope they have something you like, but one of the reasons that I like outlet shopping and accessory designer like Kate Spade is that you mostly don't have to work about them having your size in stock - either they have a bag or clutch or wallet you like or they don't! I love everything Kate Spade, except their window manequins, but otherwise adore the bold colors and purses. This location has a nice array of purses for mostly 40% off the ticket price plus sometimes they add an additional discount. Watch out for that! Their jewelry section is fairly good as well. I went into this store to buy the zip planner as a GIFT for someone. I walked out with a purse, planner, and a wallet. Ummmmm....oops. So It was evidently Amanda's first day. And it was apparently a really good sale and they had gotten a lot of new stuff in. The one thing I came in looking for was covertly hidden in the back so I had to scour the whole store and found tons of pretties in the process, and of COURSE everything was 50% off plus an additional 20% off that. I couldn't resist. It got me into a little bit of trouble. Did I NEED a cream colored purse? NOPE. Did I leave with one? Yup. Two thumbs up to the new girl for being an awesome salesperson-talked me out of buying a pink bag and I ended up with a way more sensible pink wallet inside a pink bag. Spent more money so she's happy and that made more sense in my brain at the time. I get up to the checkout and honestly I was flabbergasted at how much I "saved". Everything should have cost me over $500 but ended up being just over $220. WHAT? Did I need any of it? Nope. (Aside from the gift I planned to buy) But a girl's gotta splurge sometimes. The customer service in here is awesome and when you catch the sales here, you can't lose. EIther call ahead, keep your email peeled or happen to walk in on a holiday weekend (eek!). I knocked off a star because sadly, this outlet lies within the confines of Sawgrass. Sigh. I just discovered this Kate Spade outlet store at this year's Black Friday sale and it's really a cute, small, store but definitely has a lot of merchandise to pick from! Great customer service even with all of the commotion that was going on, hard working cashiers, the store looks as if it is in good maintenance (didn't see any dust anywhere, scratches on purses, etc) definitely loved the environment and will continue to visit :) read more

I am EXTREMELY, disgustingly disappointed in Kate Spade. I have ordered $400 dollars of Kate Spade purses and wallets within the last month, one of the shipments priced at 136 dollars. The first package was supposedly unable to be delivered and "returned to sender." Upon calling I was told, a reshipment would be done at $0 charge and an email would be provided to notify me of confirmation. I did not receive an email and called back two days later. I was told the weekend did not count and to call again on Wednesday. When calling on Wednesday, I was told the order was processed and an expedited one day shipping would be placed. I did not receive the package that Friday and allowed the weekend to pass to wait for the package. Upon calling Tuesday, I was told Nothing could be done, to change my delivery address on further purchases. When asking if this meant I lost 136 dollars, I was told yes. They showed no compassion, and I was told this was the supervisor's decision. When asking if there was anyone else I could speak to or email, I was simply told no. Although I understand the lack of shipment falls into the hands of UPS or USPS, I am ashamed that Kate Spade handled this in such a manner and I will no longer be a customer with Kate Spade. WARNING TO ALL THOSE WHO ORDER THROUGH KATE SPADE: USPS lost my package, and Kate Spade does nothing about it! read more

I'm going to give it 4 stars because I've actually gotten really good deals at this location. I recently visited the new location, they moved a few stores down. I was disappointed to find that the sale wasn't as good! Only 50% off, when every other time I went it was 50% plus a 25%. I was very disappointed :( AND it was July 4th weekend! Which usually the sales are bigger than normal. The new location is very big though! Very spacious! Not like the old one that was tiny and claustrophobic. read more
