Entered the store and walked right by an employee and they never even said hello. I found several bags unfortunately none to my liking. They had several dress shoes, bags and jewelry. I find the dresses to be decent but they seem to like the options here. Prices can vary but considering material of some of these dresses, the pricing can be expensive for what it is. I can't say I love the options here. Some dresses are nice and some cute options for going out but more for older girls, not really teenager girls. We also came here to shop for cute attire for concerts or fun events too. Service can be hit or miss. Most of the time we have a good experience but there have been times where we don't get any service. Just depends on who is working. We shop here often and I'm surprised there wasn't a Hollister Yelp page already. We were finishing up some shopping and it was about 15 minutes before closing time at 8pm on a weeknight. So funny as hubby is UF Alum and we were talking about taking kids to Florida Gator Growl and game soon. What do I see immediately as we walk in, college gear and Gators reppin on the mannequins or right up front. Woot woot! Didn't buy anything on this specific day but took pics and sent to hubby for consideration. Ha. There were several people working but I think since it was towards the end of the night they were all trying to be efficient and clean/organize prior to closing so we didn't get much attention while we were there. We didn't stay long. The girls took a stroll around the store looking around but didn't find anything either. Hollister prices are usually expensive but they have good sales. You can usually find the sale and clearance items towards the back too. Their sale/clearance items are pretty good so it's worth checking out. The Pembroke Lakes Mall hours are Mon-Sat @ 11am-8pm and Sun @ 11am-6pm. They close earlier than most retailers that typically close at 9pm. Sundays are super early.

From the moment I walked in, I didn't know where to begin browsing because everything caught my eye: There were tables full of the most perfect everyday tank tops, bodysuits, skorts and shorts and lots of racks filled with truly unique and beautiful dresses, blazers, pants, jeans and more. I absolutely loved everything. Then, in walked the lovely owner (Deena), who could not have been more friendly and helpful. She introduced herself and immediately started suggesting items that would work well for me. I felt like I was shopping with a girlfriend. I tried everything on and purchased most of what I selected. As I approached the register, I found even more great items on the shelves such as beautiful jewelry and hair clips. I grabbed the cutest claw clip to add to my pile. I can't wait to take my daughter back to shop. It's hard to find great clothing boutiques nearby, so I'm thrilled to have discovered G. We were in the mall and decided to search for sneakers in time for first day of school. JD Sports is located in the Pembroke Lakes Mall. They are across from Hollister and sits between The Children's Place and Perfumania. They sell sneakers and activewear clothing for men, women and kids. Stopped by JD Sports and they were packed!!! Probably due to everyone else going back to school shopping and also taking advantage of no tax August month too. We scoped out these cool Nike black & white sneakers and looked for an associate to grab two different sizes for us. Everyone looked busy but we managed to get help from Kailyn who called in the back to pull these sizes for us. A few minutes later, she found us with the shoes and the bigger size worked out nicely! Since it was busy, the lines were pretty long with 10 people deep. Went by fairly quickly as they were staffed appropriate Bonus: these Nike sneakers were on sale!!! Regular price is $70. Sale price is 20% off which was $14 off. Score!!! We ended up paying $57 flat rate because no tax month. Awesome score!!! Thanks Kailyn for your help during this chaotic visit.

At first glance, it looks like a teen girl's store,, then at a second glance I realized that it definitely was a teen girl's store. When you enter the store, they have a staff member at the door to number or hold onto your returns if you have any. Then you go through quite a large size department store of all types of ladies clothing. The variety of clothing includes club clothes, bathing suits, to jeans, and lingerie. The downside is there are no dressing rooms. Yet is that a downside? I asked myself would I rather they have higher prices and dressing rooms and my answer was no. I would rather they keep it simple as they have it. It definitely mitigates staff as well as theft opportunities. While I was shopping, I asked three different employees items as I was like a kid in the candy store. Each and everyone of them was super friendly. Check out was a breeze. Their return policy is for store credit or exchange within 14 days which keeps the items fresh. Towards the back, I got big bargains on clearance.
