They were super accommodating especially that when I…read morerented my daughter's dress for her Quinces, the pandemic hit and I had no choice but to cancel the event a couple of times and I was worried I would be charged extra for all the time I kept the dresses. Or that my deposit wouldn't be returned. I rented the dresses in February 2020 and just returned them in July 2021 and it was a very simple return and no hassle plus to my surprise I got my $220 cash deposit returned. The girl who took care of me when I first went to rent the dresses was Candace. She was super kind and extremely helpful. A huge contrast to BELLA QUINCES where I first went and basically got ignored by the lady in charge and their prices are ridiculous! I basically rented two gorgeous dresses at Zayas less than what one dress would've cost me to rent at Bella Quinces and most likely I would've had to return it in a week! Unlike Zaya's, the dress is yours for as long as you need. Obviously in my case it took way longer due to the shutdown and worries about Covid-19. But overall it was a wonderful experience! The rental suit was for my boyfriend's brother's wedding. As this being a very special day, while putting on the cuffs on the day of wedding, it literally just broke in two pieces! The owner even admitted the day when my boyfriend tried on the suit that the cuffs come from China and they break easily. Today, I was returning the suit and advised the owner I will be there 10-15 mins before closing since there's a lot of traffic in Hialeah. He agreed to stay until I came. When I arrived at 4:45 pm, he locked up the whole store knowing that I communicated with him before hand. If it wasn't for my brother in law getting the suits there as a package, we would have never rented from here. Also, the parking situation is limited and very dangerous. You have to back up into traffic to get out. Very unprofessional and not very good at communicating at all. Please avoid this place and save yourself this headache of a place. This location came highly recommended and for good reason. As soon as I walked in I was immediately greeted with a warm welcome by all the staff. I did not have to wait long to be attended to and everyone was nice and professional. The owner Sebastian was present as well and gave me the royal treatment. He himself sized me and provided several options to choose from. He was transparent with pricing and was upfront with tailoring time frame. What I loved most about this location is that they give life time size refitting for all customers free as long as you give them a 3-week heads up in advance. Sebastian threw in a free bow tie for me at check out. If you have not yet experienced this establishment, I recommend you do. You will not be disappointed! For over 2 hours, I tried on multiple gowns, some of which I had seen online, zipping and cinching up the back of the dresses and even allowing me to FaceTime my daughter. Wedding gown expert, Ana and store manager, Michelle, were attentive, kind, professional, and patient during my visit and an invaluable set of eyes. Once I realized that I had found the perfect dress for me, I felt the tears coming, and shared a personal comment to Michelle who was visibly touched. It was just right for me and my needs. Very spacious store unlike some bridal crypts that the inventory is large but difficult to navigate. Tuxedos do not seem to be a big push here but thats understandable.
