The associates and this store are always so kind and helpful. If you need opinions on which bag fits your needs, answering questions about promotions, or helping you order something that is out of stock in store, they are excellent. I find that their displays are much easier to navigate than searching online. The clearance section in the back always has great finds that you may not be able to find elsewhere. The layout is nice to look at, and not overwhelming. They treated me so kindly on my birthday a while back, and have been wonderful on multiple other trips since then. read more

Upon reading former reviews I am surprised. I have never been spoken down to or felt pressured to make a purchase. Although I always do . They almost always have ridiculous sales like 60% off with an additional 20% I was a little saddened by their lack of fashionable sunglasses this time around but left with a beautiful purse and wallet. Great deals on everything from shoes to t-shirts to makeup bags, and they were willing to match the sale price of a bag I wanted and found on their site. Some of the stuff definitely never made it to the retail stores, but some of it I recognize--and may have paid full price for once upon a time. Sale signs are a bit misleading sometimes, so check with the staff to see what's included. read more

Great store in Wrentham. They have a excellent selection of bags including smaller wallets and clutches, large purses and even some travel bags. I found some of the sales staff to aloof and stand-offish, chatting among themselves instead of welcoming you to the store. However, the cashier who rang up my purchase was super friendly and attentive. Will definitely be back. Check out the Coach store next store as well if you are not super brand loyal- similar styles on some things and similar prices. read more

The egregious treatment of customers should not go unknown. Wanting to take advantage of Kate Spades 25% off promotion, I was so excited to plan a trip to the KS outlet in Wrentham. Upon arriving I was greeted warmly and given a card explaining the aforementioned sale and happily informed that there was an additional 40% being taken off of wallets! I did my shopping and happily made it to the front of the line with two beautiful dresses. Upon scanning the dresses in my cashier (whom I later learned name was Bridget O.) told me the total. I reminded her of the 25%off coupon, which she was happily about to add when she was stopped by the cashier next to her, Rude Girl. Rude Girl, with utter disdain in her voice, informed me that the discount that I couldn't afford to buy dresses at the already discount price maybe I shouldn't be shopping at KS and told my cashier not to apply the additional discount. With tears in my eyes I asked my cashier to remove the first dress, which made Rude Girl roll her eyes and look at me with utter disdain. I left the store crying. I met up with my bf who calmed me down, and with steely resolve I went back to the store to find the names of my tormentor. Upon returning to the store I was greeted by a smiling older woman and there was a shorter tan girl next to her with an earpiece. I pointed to my cashier and asked what her name was and she happily replied Bridget. I pointed out the Rude Girl next to her and asked her name. The older woman asked if it was good or bad, when I responded in the negative, the girl in the earpiece pressed a button and started whispering into the earpiece. The older woman suddenly "forgot" her co-workers name, and the (now nervous) earpiece girl did as well. They asked me to approach the counter and ask her, which I did, she said her name was "...Brianna?" and all staff looked at her oddly-as though she had given me a false name. Why is KS allowing bullies to train new staff? Why do they allow salespeople to give false names? Why must KS Wrentham outlets train staff to belittle a person to the point of tears? Is this complete failure of a customer service experience the new standard for business? read more

One of my favourite stores at Wrentham. I always manage to find something cute when I am here. The best part about this outlet is that I recognize some of the pieces from the retail stores (from last or previous seasons, of course). I've ordered things from the Kate Spade website, and have gotten pieces from this store, and I love both equally. Always quality. Plus, you can often get an awesome deal here! Case in point: the last time I came into the store, they were having an additional 40% off of all items deal. I ended up getting a lovely pink-and-white polka-dotted iPad sleeve for $25. Score! I've also purchased a purse and a wristlet from here, and I get compliments on both every time I take them out. I've had women offer to buy my purse if/when I ever get sick of it. Needless to say, both will remain near (and dear) to me. It's not nearly as crazy as the Coach store next door--which can be a madhouse, though I admit I, too, sometimes partake in the insanity!--but you can still score some very nice deals here. This is the first Kate Spade outlet I've ever visited. I love her designs when it comes to shoes, handbags, and accessories. I was pretty disappointed when I came here. Maybe my expectations were too high as far as outlets go? The handbags were not cheap at all! There was only 40% off certain items in the store. I pretty much pay the same price on her current items at her own retail store or at Nordstroms. I will still continue to purchase Kate Spade items but wait until they go on sale. Sad face. read more

Really cute bags and clothes. Love their colors! They also have a terrific exchange/credit policy. I walked in with a patent leather bag that had a problem with the handles. They took one look at it and promptly offered to replace or refund the money for the bag. Lucky for me they had a 40 + 20% sale going on so I did very well! read more

The deals at this place are hit or miss. When the deals are hits though, they are unbeatable! I recommend going around major holidays to score the biggest savings! Love! Love! Love! I was obsessing over a Kate Spade for a long time. I visited the outlets with my fiance, and I saw a beautiful red bag and he purchased it for me. I adore it! Then we went back and he got another one for me that was pink and purple. The leather is beautiful and the quality is sooooo wonderful. The store is welcoming and cheery. Staff is nice and helpful. I have bought bags from here for many years... Some of them have been quality and have lasted, my most recent purchase of a diaper bag gave out at six months. I have to share how impressed I am with the customer service at the Kate Spade outlet! I had some very minor damage to my wallet and purse, a bit of stitching was coming out. I bought my purse last February so it's been almost a year. I remembered when I purchased them that they said if there was any damage within one year that wasn't considered "normal wear and tear" they would repair it. I went to inquire about repairs and they just handed me over a brand new purse and wallet off the shelf!! I expected to have to put up a fight, but they did more than what they said they would, above my expectations. The manager was pleasant, and ensuring everyone in the store was taken care of. I already loved them, but I'm now for sure a customer for life! Plus the selection here is always great, and they always have amazing sales (60-70% off!) read more

I love Kate Spade the brand. I'm OK with this particular store. The staff was decently friendly and helpful. The products are organized and well displayed. They have great discounts and they typically have a good variety of products. Cons: small space (I had a stroller - forget it. Then I carried by baby in a wrap so I can move around to the back.. still.. so many people and I couldn't really move around or really look at stuff like I'd like to), long tight lines (basically, everything was very squished, I feel like. the lines are long and it did move, but wasn't fast enough). Kate Spade is a bright colorful brand, but when I come into this store, I feel cramped and dark. I wish they rented a bigger space or allowed a little less people in so that customers can walk around a little more freely. read more

Huge selection of handbags and prices are dirt cheap as compared to the likes of Nordstrom. Except that the stuff they have here is made specifically for the outlet store. If you can get over that, this is THE place for Kate Spade bags in the area. You might find the odd annoying lineup to get in but it's well worth it. read more

i was afraid this place would be a carbon copy of the coach outlet (a sea of women fighting over irregular leather goods), but i was so wrong. the stock is a combo of current and last season items, logo and non logo, classic and trendy. the store was EMPTY (maybe cuz its new and no one really knows about it yet) and was set up more like a boutique than an outlet. the prices were about 25% less than regular boutique.dept store prices. i'll certainly stop here first before i head to the department stores next time in the market for a new KS. read more
