So I grabbed two to try on and headed for the fitting room. Both items fit perfectly so I decided to get both. When I was heading to the cash register to pay for them I also noticed another similar item that was on clearance for only $16 so I ended up getting that as well. So I got myself three nightshirts for a great price. The store itself was a pleasure to shop in, very neat and organized and the items for sale were all clearly marked. The sales clerk that was working at the time was very pleasant and helpful. I know for sure that I'll be back!

She knew thoroughly knew the product, fitting and was fast! She would bring in what I was looking for and suggestions. She was polite, professional and remembered our names. I didn't feel that I was being "sold" but had someone was really trying to help. Even though the store got busy, I never felt I was rushed. Somehow, Mandie was able to assist all the customers and seemed to create a personal experience with each. Mandie made suggestions for future purchases that I probably will do. if I lived in the area, would be back! (I did buy 6 items) . The quality, durability, and wearability of the clothing in this store is exceptional. The cut, the fit and the attractiveness of most of their pants, shorts, vests and coats is amazing. I feel comfortable wearing Eddie Bauer items everywhere I go--whether hiking, going out to dinner, or going to work. With the regular sales that they run, the clothing is always a great value. I still remember my first experience there several years ago, when Brandy helped me out for the first time. She was very helpful and personable (and still is!) . I went in just to browse, hoping to find one item, and left with several items. I have consistently found the employees to be outstandingly helpful and courteous. In response to other critical reviews, I cannot possibly imagine how anyone could describe these employees as rude, nagging, mediocre or unhelpful. I have been shopping there for years, and I shop there regularly, so I know this to be untrue. Please ignore those other reviews, and remember that people sometimes have questionable motives for posting negative reviews. I am so grateful to the employees at this store for making my shopping experience so pleasant. They have made it easy for me to find and purchase quality clothing that I will be happy to wear for many years to come.

Your discount options are limited to (a) a display of shoes/sneakers at about 1/3 off in the back corner on the right, (b) any discount you might get from the outlet village discount booklet, and (c) a discount if you buy a SECOND pair. So if you only wanted one pair, like I did, I guess you bring a friend who also wants a pair? To be fair, I did not get the discount booklet, so I don't know how much of a discount I would have gotten - or how much I would have had to buy to get it, but quite frankly, even a 20% discount probably wouldn't have been enough incentive here. I hope you're looking for running/outdoor/tennis shoes. I came here for walking shoes/sneakers. These were relegated to about 1/4 of one side of a display. They didn't have anything wide in my size. Even more challenging, I actually wanted a pair of WHITE sneakers... they had one on display, but nothing in or near my size in any of the nearby boxes contained white sneakers. They probably also don't want to hear that I got a similar style of sneakers by a not-so-big-name brand for 1/3 the cost recently, at a K-mart!

Except for the fact that the shirt was hanging off her and she was essentially ringing us out wearing a bra. It did make me a little uncomfortable and my daughter as well. They sell underwear there, but I don't see anyone wandering around in boy shorts.
