We were greeted shortly after entering the shop, asked if we were looking for anything in particular and immediately they set to work with ideas. I found a sweater for layering but wasn't sure if it was right. They offered to hold it while I continued to look. One store might be nice and neat with friendly people, and others are like some kind of flea market with grouchy employees who hate you for even being there. This store is the former! I went here after visiting the Dedham store, which is hell hole. I don't know the name of the woman who runs the store, but she was extremely friendly and helpful. All of the clothing, even the clearance racks, were neatly arranged by size and color so everything was easy to find. Why can't they all be like this?

I gave my phone number while paying and she said no coupons and started scanning the items. My sister was with me and asked if she can try her number and she said no it's too late since she started scanning. Then we got to $77 total so we wanted to look for more things to buy because we had $20 off $100 and again rudely they said no we can't. It wasn't even a busy day. There was only one other customer in the store. Very disappointing and it's kind of encouraging people to shop online instead of browsing a store. The people working there need to be trained on customer service. I don't think our ask was too hard.
