Went to Port Orchard. Real nice staff, Ordered Full kitchen remodel in MARCH. This is June, broken cabinet delivered, had to reorder and it took an extra 6 WEEKS! Just installed! HALF ASS. Missing shelves, Drilled holes into my beautiful cabinets, ruined 4 drawers, Warped doors, Gaps between the wall and the cabinet. They Decided once cabinets were in that the molding wont work. Someone measured WRONG! Waiting for new drawers and missing shelves! Reimbursed me for installation of the crown molding, not for the crown molding it self that was purchased that is now sitting in my garage and I have to dump it! Cant give me my $814.00 on my credit card is giving it to me As STORE CREDIT. Now im stuck with them to spend another chunk of money so really they didn't reimburse me at all. Yes going to the BBB. This is a terrible big box store, screwing ppl right to left and not giving a S---T! I have pictures would love to share. There's a reason this store has only 2 stars. Be careful…read more I bought a Kohler standby generator for over $15k. Lowe's had a subcontractor (Nexus Electric) install it. What should have taken 2-3 days took 5 weeks. Their subcontractor went out of business before the job was completed but their electrician kept showing up to try to figure out and complete the installation. He properly connected the generator to our panel but lacked knowledge about and experience with Kohler generators. Nexus wasn't certified to install Kohlers. Their electrician couldn't figure out how to properly set up the battery. On his last day here (when he admitted he wasn't coordinating his efforts or hours with Lowe's and I asked him to leave) he yelled "Go back to California!" Lowe's had a certified installer from Washington Electric finish the job and financially compensated me for this unpleasant experience but in my opinion their compensation wasn't enough. I've left out details of my experience in the interest of brevity, but take my word, Lowe's dropped the ball numerous times. Bottom line: BEWARE.

I was especially interested in their wonderful assortment of bath and body products, as well as an entire wall of hand poured candles. I certainly look forward to returning when I have more time to peruse other offerings, but for now, I was happy to take home a few soaps and a soy candle from a local artisan.
