My husband and paid for cleaning service before moving into our new home!! The did save us because I was out of town because I'm in military. We paid $1000 over for a 2261 sqft home which is a decent price. But I came to visit because it's my son birthday and I wanted to do some work on the house before I move here and I'm so confused on what I paid for? I'm a big person on cleaning and it should be done right I get that this is a big house but if your going to charge me a down payment for a car it should be done properly. My husband may have been satisfied because it was last minute but I'm sure as hell not! I very disappointed in the services. I wish I was here to help my husband when chose this cleaning service because I would've not let them leave my home without a proper inspection. This is disgusting. read more

I booked their services 3 weeks in advance for a move out carpet cleaning. The day of, I waited for about 40 minutes and no one showed up. They said they forgot to communicate with me and didn't have anyone to complete the job.
