In this emergency, Andrew and Dayton immediately came out to start the drying process. They walked around with their moisture meter, explained everything and was extremely professional. They answered all my questions and had so much knowledge, I immediately felt confident with their work. During the drying process, Eric either came by or called with an update and this helped tremendously. What was supposed to be a somewhat simple fix ended up being a nightmare..... another heating and ac company was moving my furnace and water heater ended up spilling more water and left my water pipe uncapped causing a new leak in my ceiling!!! I called Eric immediately and he helped triage the issue. Having Eric walk us through the dilemma was really comforting during all of this. Back to square one Dayton and Trevor came to the rescue! They squeezed me in again to re-setup their containment and re-start the drying process. Fingers crossed the ac company doesn't cause anymore damage! Everyone from Divison 2 are very nice, personable, and they know what they're doing and they get the job done well.

Completely displacing families due to the extent of the damage. I dont know how many of the other units that this company worked on however they serviced mine. They came out quickly, spent days drying out the water, moving appliances out and packing up my belongings. The packers did an amazing job making sure that my items were packed neatly, my christmas tree wrapped and stored in the christmas tree bag, my clothes in wardrobe boxes, the mattresses covered and protected. Within a matter of minutes I was homeless and stressed none the less. 24Restech made the process easier and provided relief by storing the contents of my condo in their storage facility. I was provided with an inventory list of my items that included photos. Once I was secured in a new place I coordinated with the office Manager Cynthia to retrieve my belongings. She was kind, professional and patient. My items were delivered to me the day after my request. Everything was in tact. The techs that made the delivery were efficient, fast and professional.
