Dan's assistant Haley sounds like a 12-yr old who told me canceling my insurance "wasn't like…read morecanceling Netflicks". I said I don't have Netflicks and I'd like to speak with an adult. She told me to mail my plates, NY would send me a fine in the mail and said I owed them $200 and hung up - all within 30 seconds. I was stunned. I called back and she hung up again. I couldn't find answers on where to pay, how to get my notice, what to do, who to ask. I had no answers and my insurance agent was not there to help!!!! DO NOT USE!!!! IF YOU NEED HELP - THEY WILL HANG UP ON YOU! Haley is a petulant child and should be immediately fired.
