This branch is horrible. It's like they took the worst employee from every location and put them…read morehere. The incompetence of their employees is mind blowing. I come here once a year to deposit my kids bday checks and it's an ordeal every time. Last time I was here they stated my kids need to sign the checks to be deposited and I couldn't. (never have in 14 years) . When questioned on what would happen if I had a newborn baby with checks , the employee with a straight face stated, "the baby would have to squiggle their signature". After a quick laugh I completed my business. Once my CDs mature here will be going across the street to Northwest, where they are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. STAY AWAY from here.

I contacted customer service days ago and sent the form to their team waiting for a reply. The lady was nice and told me what I should do, and even sent an email to me for apologizing. I need that form for an insurance waiver at UB, or I have to pay $1000 more to UB. After I get my form back, I would like to change my review to 4 or 5. So far so good. Purchased pet insurance in February. They are a paperless company therefore, I never received…read moreanything in the mail. I forgot who I went with and searched my email for pet insurance companies . I could not find an email stating which company I went with. I finally resorted to calling every pet insurance company till I found the one I went with. They resend my policy through email. I submit all my claims from the first day I got the policy. Received an email back that they will not cover anything, nor will they put anything towards my $250 deductible. I paid for the entire policy in February and I have nothing to show for it. I still have to generate $250 to get them to even cover a standard pet visit. I will not be going with MetLife again. I have nothing to show for my money. They had all my money upfront, I paid for the entire year and have nothing to show for it. When I asked why they couldn't honor at least one of my claims they said that's their policy. I was seven days out of their claim window and they still won't do it nor will they put anything towards my deductible and I have spent over $2000 on vet bills. I'm sorry to even give them one star.

I actually lived 5 mins from this building for years in Amherst. This is the corporate headquarters and it provides a lot of jobs for WNY. Unfortunately a lot of those jobs are in, essentially, telesales. If you shoot at enough targets, you will hit some, I suppose. OK, so on the positive side, there's a cute green creature that is their spokesperson, and a cute girl named Melissa works here that is an old friend of mine. On the negative side, they are more expensive than a lot of other companies, no matter what they want you to believe. Probably because they spend so much insane amounts of money on the advertising campaigns - more than any other insurance agency.

He lied and I could prove he committed fraud but they didn't want to hear it. I found a picture on this FB page with a picture of his bumper damage that was dated 4 months before our accident nobody cares. They are letting him get away with fraud. I am suing !!!
