I asked why this was first I've heard of it as I've been in to see her many times since 2008! No answer. I asked if they would waive the missed appointment fee from 8 years ago as a courtesy for a patient of 26 years. I was told no. He went on say that bc I wasn't sick enough and didn't come in often enough as a patient he would not waive. He also asked if I've been seeing other doctors (accusing me of cheating on her lol!). I've got a weird health thing that he helps me manage, and he truly is my partner in my health care. He trusts that I know what I need since my weird health thing is fairly rare, but he also suggests new things to try. I trust him ENTIRELY, and I really feel like he genuinely cares. His staff is also very sweet, and I love that if I need a scrip refilled I can just leave a message with them and the next thing I know Walgreen's is calling me telling me it's ready for pickup. Boom. Easy. I really appreciate them... and I also appreciate that I never wait more than 10-15 minutes MAX when I show up for my appointment... but it's usually more like 5.
