Since my insurance changed this last 6 months I have been able to return to Dr Savitsky, She is a wonderful caring and professional dentist. I dont know many people who are not apprehensive about going to the dentist, She and her staff put you at ease and let you know exactly what they are going to do and the reason to do it. I usually have so much anxiety and anticipation before and during appointments but I think those days are a thing of the past now that I've found this office. I had my first visit here today and I came away feeling very pleased with the entire experience. I downloaded the paperwork from the website before my visit so when I checked in 10 mins early I had everything ready to go including a copy of my insurance card. They came to take me back right on time. I don't remember the name of my dental hygienist, but she was super nice & efficiently cleaned my teeth. Love the selection of toothpaste - the birthday cake flavor was amazing! After my x-rays and cleaning, Dr. S came in to check out my teeth. Best dentist, hands down. Considering I've seen her for well over 10 years, I was surprised that I hadn't Yelped her yet--way overdue! She and her staff have always been excellent. She's thorough but gentle and hilarious to boot, which makes the whole family feel comfortable in the chair (even the nervous kids, who still probably aren't as nervous as me due to many years of bad experiences as a kid). I also don't feel like she's pushing things on us that aren't necessary, which is saying something since I have a wicked grinding habit that destroys my teeth through the sturdiest night guards. But she stays conservative, and I always appreciate that! I have, however, split two different teeth, so I've needed two crowns due to the pain when chewing. She made both the crowns in the office while I was there. Just took the whole family there on the holiday break and saw entire staff without any complaints. Her staff is always nice and great with the kids. Teca gave me an excellent cleaning (thank you!), and Jessica was fabulous with my daughter (another thank you!!). And I can't thank Dr. S enough for the great job she did with my son, who was really in need of seeing her...his teeth look FABULOUS, and he said it didn't hurt at all. I have been a patient at this practice for almost 5 years now. I have been in for regular cleanings, fillings, and Invisalign braces. This is only the second dentist I have seen my whole life, if that speaks any volume. All of my experiences here have been great. Dr. Savitsky is very personable and patient focused. She also has a great network of specialists if a referral is needed. (My wife has been referred to a couple specialists from Dr. S who have also been great). I have trouble getting numb and in the past have been told to "suck it up and deal with the pain." She was able to numb me completely and I never felt a thing.....nothing. Dr Savitsky is the most wonderful dentist I have ever had! She is a perfectionist and takes so much pride in not only her work but also you as her patient. I have had a few issues where I have had to have an immediate appointment and no matter the problem, she always gets me in. She once even offered to stay late to see me. I am not a wealthy individual and struggle at times finanically for dental treatment (like 6,000 dental implants) but Dr Savitsky treats me as I am her golden patient regardless. I love her, I truly do. Her work is phenominal, she goes over and beyond for her patients, their comfort and satisfaction. She has never hurt me when giving shots or performing a procedure, she makes sure I am comfortable every second.
