This is one of the worst dental places I have ever been to. Terrible experiences below. 1. It took them 6 months to try to figure out my insurance and still could not figure out. And there was no communication from their side. I finally figured out they could not figured out after I followed up couple times. 2. Called many times but no one called me back. 3. Tried to get an appointment but not able to. It delayed the treatment and issue became worse later on. I finally got fed up with them and moved to another dentist. I feel much happier and healthier now. The current dentist follows up with me to see how I feel about everything instead of me following up and got no result. read more

this place is very racist if your'e black please please please don't come here the lady didn't want to search up my policy and i had the best of the best insurance policy blue cross blue shield of nyc i didn't understand how they were not able to find out what was my coverage long story short i put everybody on a 3 way and my insurance policy said i was good to go a few minutes later they called me back saying we will need cash upfront it sounded like they were mad that i was black with a good policy very racist place. read more

I decided to visit this gem since it was in such close proximity to my work. It has a fantastic location. Making an appointment was very easy. The receptionist checked my insurance, and they do participate in most major plans. My hygienist, Jen was very personable and gentle. I got a great cleaning. Dr.Michael was very kind and has a great philosophy of treating patients like family. Also the facility is beautiful and feels very upscale. They have a killer pandora playlist to boot. read more

I am a new patient from Boston Massachusetts. After retiring from MIT and the US air force Research Lab, Both my wife and I moved to Georgia to avoid the cold weather over there. Before moving here, we were worried about the healthcare system here, especially dental care systems because I had a bad condition of my teeth. Recently, I saw Dr. Barden and had my teeth deep cleaned with him and his group of people at Inspiring Smiles Cumming George, 30041. All was wonderful. Ms. Jeanette thoroughly cleaned my teeth, and she took good care of me meticulously and caringly. Dr. Birch gave me local anesthesia, which showed his amazing skills. Dr. Barden did comprehensive examinations of my teeth and proposed a plan for my dental care and further medical treatment. I have never seen such wonderful service. Everyone in this office is super personable and friendly! Jen (hygienist) isn't just sweet and super attentive to your teeth, but extremely knowledgeable. She explains what she's doing and why and helps you achieve the best for your oral hygiene. Dr. Michael is great and makes you feel extremely comfortable. The office is modern and clean, the decor is great-the waiting room feels like you're relaxing at home, not like you're about to see a dentist! Location of the office is easily accessible, the only downfall is if you take the elevator it is extremely slow and the stairwell isn't always open. I recently had a root canal / crown procedure done by Dr. Michael. It wasn't my first but it was by far the best experience I've had. It's worth noting that Dr. Michaels approach is something I have not encountered through other dentists. His work is exceptional and his care for his patients shows through his work. After asking around and doing frequent YELP searches I came across Inspiring Smiles Dentistry. I had the most wonderful experience with Dr. Michael and his staff. First off, the office is beautiful and very clean. The entire staff from the receptionist to the dental hygienists... They are all very lovely, sweet and kind. They all make you feel at home when you walk in the door. My dental hygienist was named Jen... She greeted me with a beautiful smile and was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. While she cleaned my teeth, she took an interest in me and we chatted about a variety of topics. For someone who is nervous about going to the dentist, I didn't feel one ounce of pain or poking when she worked on me. She is a true professional! She put me at ease. Dr. Michael and the whole staff are very professional and friendly. The office is impressively clean and organized. I just had a cavity filled today and it was the best dental experience I've had. I appreciated that Dr. Michael explained all the steps he was doing and told me what to expect with each one. He was extremely gentle and checked in often to make sure I was comfortable. I didn't feel a thing. I also appreciated that he was honest with me in regards to what dental work could wait and what dental work was more pressing. I love this place ! I'm a new patient and have only been in twice, but both appointments have been great. The office is beautiful, the views from the chairs overlooking park road are really cool. But the staff is the best part. They're so welcoming, accommodating, friendly, and actually really great to talk to. I appreciated how helpful all of them were. I loved that every person I encountered from the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist all went out of their way to not only make me comfortable but also to educate me and let me know what they were doing and why they were doing it.
