We first connected with Ramon in 2025 when we were considering selling our home. After several conversations, we realized we were not yet financially ready to move forward. Even though Ramon had already invested time and effort into helping us evaluate our options, he never made us feel pressured or guilty about our decision. He remained supportive and checked in periodically throughout the year without ever being pushy. A year later, when we were finally ready to sell, choosing Ramon and his team was an easy decision. From start to finish, the entire team was incredibly communicative and professional. They created a group chat with my husband and me, which made it easy to stay informed, ask questions, and receive updates throughout the process. Ramon and his team also did an excellent job coordinating showings. They ensured we had the ability to approve or decline requests based on our schedule and convenience, which gave us time to prepare and made the process much less stressful. When we eventually received an offer, due to our personal financial circumstances we were facing the possibility of bringing money to closing. (This situation was entirely unrelated to Ramon or his team and was simply the result of not having paid down enough of our mortgage) Ramon was generous enough to voluntarily reduce his commission, which helped us walk away from the sale with money in our pockets. That act alone speaks volumes about his character, integrity, and commitment to his clients. Ramon genuinely cares about the people he represents and consistently puts their best interests first. Despite a slower condo market in our area, he successfully got our property sold and guided us through every challenge with professionalism and compassion. We are incredibly grateful for all of the hard work, dedication, and support that Ramon and his team provided!

Long story short, house was shown on 3 days and accepted an offer $60k over asking price. The entire process was so smooth and stress free. That's where Ray and his team came in. He not only helped us navigate the process of selling our home, but also purchasing another beautiful property, all within less than 2 month's time. Communication was always on point, where Ray and his team were consistently providing us with key updates along with explaining next steps and recommendations. He explained steps in a manner that was both comprehensive and digestible that really allowed us to make informed decisions. During negotiation, he was both fair and realistic, ensuring that we always felt comfortable with our asks as buyers, along with what we were willing to compromise as sellers. He and his team went above and beyond to make themselves available whenever we wanted to check out the new property during escrow along with providing resources for home improvements, inspections, landscaping etc. He helped us get a great deal on our home which we've now settled into and absolutely love. Ray is incredibly dedicated to his clients and his team and it shows. He and his team are honest and open, which made working with them easy and the process seamless. We would not hesitate to work with Ray and his team again along with recommend him to ALL friends and family.

At this point, the outreach has moved beyond standard follow-up and into persistent unsolicited contact despite being told no directly. That lack of respect for a simple boundary is concerning for any business dealing with property owners. They were also rude to my boyfriend when he stopped in one time to promote his business, which further reinforced the unprofessional experience. I would not recommend them, as they do not appear to take "not interested" as a final answer.

Shortly after, we saw on Instagram that both Patty and Angel were attending a Rams game, which made the explanation feel dishonest. Patty had committed to helping us look for property, but instead of being upfront, she avoided the situation by claiming to be ill. That lack of transparency was disappointing and unprofessional. Additionally, Angel came across as arrogant, stating that their "reputation precedes them" and implying that we could have gotten what we wanted if we had used their services differently. That attitude was off-putting and unnecessary. Overall, the experience showed a lack of honesty, professionalism, and respect. If you are not viewed as a high-value client, expect poor communication and dismissive treatment. This was not the level of service we expected or deserved. Everyone knows who you are but you're not telling the truth and lying to your client about being sick who does that? Sounds like you take on more then you can handle or do the minimal to make your commission. You don't care about the people sadly. The karma statement was in very poor taste. Just mad because I made you aware and fired you. Full conversation, no disrespect on my part. Got caught lying, didn't do your job. To speak about my family and husband was terrible and the karma statement was hateful. Very bad customer experience. All about the money!

From the beginning, she asked thoughtful, strategic questions and gave me recommendations that made the entire process of renting out my house so much easier. I had so many things in my house that I felt completely overwhelmed trying to figure out where to even start. Linda gave me clear direction and helped me navigate the entire process from beginning to end. What I appreciate most is that she genuinely goes above and beyond. She is the kind of person who feels more like a trusted friend or family member than an agent. She stayed up late helping me sell things, figure out what to do next, and keep everything moving. She does not just tell you what needs to be done. She takes initiative and helps make it happen. As someone who is very picky and has high expectations, I can honestly say that I absolutely loved working with Linda. She is exactly the quality of real estate agent I would want: someone who is a go-getter, takes ownership, thinks strategically, and truly cares about her clients. I would highly, highly recommend Linda to anyone looking for a real estate agent who will go the extra mile for you!

We first met Liz in September 2025, and from the very beginning, we were incredibly impressed. What immediately set her apart was her approach to pricing the home. Rather than relying solely on neighborhood comps like most agents, she used a sophisticated valuation system that factored in the home's condition, upgrades, and improvements over time. She walked us through how the software evaluated renovations such as kitchen and bathroom updates, roofing projects, and other investments by considering when the work was completed, what was spent, and the local return on investment. It was fascinating to see such a detailed and thoughtful approach to determining the home's true market value. During that first meeting, Liz also took the time to thoroughly explain the market conditions and discuss the best timing for listing the property to maximize its value. She confidently told us that once listed, the home would likely sell within three to four weeks. After months of preparing the house, which included cleaning out more than 50 years of memories and belongings, we finally listed the property in April 2026. Throughout the entire process, Liz provided exceptional guidance every step of the way. She was knowledgeable, patient, and never once pushy. She always presented us with information and options, allowing us to make informed decisions while trusting her expertise. That trust paid off. Just as she predicted, we received multiple offers and sold the home within three weeks! Liz exceeded every expectation we had. She made what could have been an overwhelming and emotional experience feel smooth, peaceful, and manageable during a very stressful and heartbreaking time for our family. Her professionalism, compassion, and dedication are truly unmatched. Elizabeth Do is a gift, both in her work ethic and in her humanity. I cannot recommend her highly enough to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Liz, you are truly the GOAT!

As serious cash buyers who have been actively searching for the past 15 months for acreage in this specific area (with the intention of adding an ADU), we do not attend open houses casually. Our time is valuable, and we plan accordingly. We hired a sitter, adjusted our work schedule, and drove out to the property, arriving within the advertised open house window. There were no open house signs posted, no cars present, and no indication an open house was happening. I waited for a while in the driveway of the property and eventually called the listing agent, Jan Fiore, while parked outside the residence to inquire. Her response was, "Oh yeah, we left early." There was no apology. There was no acknowledgment that buyers might be inconvenienced. There was no offer to return, or schedule another showing later that day.. Leaving an advertised open house early without notice, particularly for a property at this exorbitant price point, is unprofessional and highly disrespectful to both buyers and the seller. Buyers rely on the published timeframe. If the open house is 11-2, it should be 11-2, not 11 to 1:40, Not even 11-1:59. But 11-2 as stated. Twenty minutes early may not seem significant to an agent, but to buyers (part of an investor team) who arranged childcare on a personal note, and drove out intentionally during the stated window, it matters. As a seller, I would be beyond livid to learn that overqualified buyers were effectively turned away because the agent chose to leave before the posted end time. Our original intention, had we liked the property, was to have the listing agent also write our offer. Which would have been double commission for Jan, little did she know. As we are cash buyers and were prepared to move quickly if it was a fit. However, even if our team had loved the house, we would not move forward on principle alone after this experience and we will not be requesting a private showing nor viewing at any additional properties where she is the listing agent. Professionalism, reliability, and respect for buyers' time are fundamental in real estate, especially at the $1.8M level. Unfortunately, this experience reflected none of those standards. And little does she know, we have two properties we are listing this month for sale on the MLS and she would have been offered those listings if our investment team was to have opened escrow on the Descanso property.
