I came across JJ's card at Bex coffee shop downtown and gave her a ring. Grooming delivered is absolutely worth the extra $10-15 bucks for Fitch to be comfortable and for my peace of mind for him to not potentially catch the dog flu or kennel cough that is popping up even though he is current on all of his vaccinations, including dog flu. This also saved me an hour worth of drive time to drop off and pick up! JJ was right on time, friendly, and great with Fitch. She asked me a few questions about what kind of hair cut we wanted and let me know all of the services that were included, then she set up shop and got right to it. Fitch liked her from the beginning and even let her pick him up. After grooming, JJ took a few minutes for play and treats... she understands and obliges the extra exhilaration after getting your hair done, lol. So my take away from it is that they will groom dogs about the size of mine but apparently they don't want to really give them a full hair cut - just a trim.
