The staff is excellent and the daycare is well priced for the amount of interactions and oversight the staff gives the pups. I am able to watch my dog from their cameras at work and she has a blast. Best part is she is so excited when we show up and exhausted when I pick her up. Going to start doing boarding with them next week because I feel I can truly trust this place.

Our dog is super attached and does not like to be left alone. The staff here was so sweet and attentive from the moment we walked in. They asked about special requests with grooming and any special needs. The grooming only took about 1.5 hours. When we came to pick her up she looked so happy. They did a great job with the grooming!! I was so impressed by her perfect paws. To top off the already amazing experience, this evening we received an email with our pup's "report card" that included a picture with Santa! If you need a groomer, you have got to come here!!

I am grateful for the care he and the staff give my boy every time he is there. I trust them explicitly with Strider and would not leave him any ware else. We love Happy Pup! Our pups have stayed there twice -- once for 10 days and another time for 6…read moredays. Lisa, one of the owners, is great at communicating both before and during our pups' stay. She's also great at meeting my husband and I and asking if we need help the moment we arrive. The indoor/outdoor shelter where our pups stay protects them from the elements and provides each of them with their own individual space. They are also given a long walk daily and provided a large area to play together. Every day, they are fed and given their medicine as prescribed. Our pups receive lots of attention and are happy to stay. Next time we need dog boarding services, we will return to Happy Pup.

Completely disorganized…read more They failed to follow my explicit request not to use a slip lead wrapped around my small dogs neck. They lost our dog beds. How does that happen when they should be in the crate with them? We paid extra for additional play and walks but how am I supposed to believe they did them when they are so sloppy? Post-it's everywhere. Incomplete check in notes. This place is in desperate need of management.

Yesterday morning I called to schedule grooming appointments for our dogs. My first call went to a message stating they were either experiencing a high call volume or were closed. I called back 3 more times over the next couple of minutes, but no one answered. I had 2 meeting coming up and would not be available if I left a message After waiting about 10 minutes, I called again and someone answered. I heard "Hello" and that the call was being recorded. I asked if there were any grooming appointments available next week. The manager immediately responded by asking if I was the person who had just called multiple times. I said yes, and before I had a chance to explain that I was simply trying to get through to schedule an appointment, he told me that calling repeatedly was rude and that I would not be receiving any services from them. He then hung up on me. I was surprised by the response and attempted to call back twice to clarify that I was not trying to be rude, but my calls were not answered. Later, my wife called and spoke with the same manager. He stated that he was with a customer and that I should have known that repeatedly calling was rude. I had assumed this was a business line with multiple lines, but we later learned it is actually a cell phone, and I assume he doesn't know that you can silence them. My wife asked to have the owner contact her to discuss the situation, but more than a day later we have still not received a response. Based on this experience and the way the situation was handled, we will not be returning and unfortunately cannot recommend this business to others.

He is high anxiety and a little aggressive but the owners said it wouldn't be a problem at all and they took him with open arms! After we dropped them off, they spent time bonding with him and playing his favorite game, fetch. They took him for daily walks and played with him. They also sent us pictures and updates. I couldn't be more than happy! When we came to pick up our dog, he was happy to see us but now that he's home, I think he wants to go back! Overall, the owners were wonderful and sweet and took all of our concerns with our dog seriously. They went above and beyond to not only make us feel comfortable but our dog as well! I highly recommend them and plan to use them in the future!

They even will take a picture every now and then of my dog and send to me on his walks. Knowing that my dog is in good hands with these women is very reassuring to me and allows me to work during the day, worry free. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a responsible party to walk their pet during the day!
