There are various physiotherapists, massage therapists, chiropractor and Chinese medicine specialist present. This Mississauga location I believe is their main location and they have another facility in Oakville. At the facility, the receptionists are friendly and very approachable. The physiotherapist I see, he is very knowledgeable and professional. He is also very approachable as well. His expertise is great as he advised me on specialists to see and I feel that my condition is being taken care of. Due to his prior experience and general network of specialists he knows, I am confident that I am in good hands.

I purchased a knee brace at the expo and saw Russel just before the start. Talk about a Hail Mary fix! I was able to complete the race and the tape job on my knee is really helping with the recovery. I thought I would not be able to walk well for days but the support is allowing me to walk normally the very next day. Really appreciated the help!!

I booked an RMT massage…read more3 weeks in advance, the clinic confirmed the appointment on multiple occasions up until the day prior to the massage. Once I arrived at the location the staff at reception let me know the appointment was cancelled and that they called/left message/emailed/texted - the only correspondence I had was an email 3 hours prior which I had not had the chance to read. I let the person know that I had not received a call, voicemail or text, she insisted I was incorrect and did not take ownership of the mistake, she was rude and kept saying that she did call and leave a voicemail which was a blatant lie and regardless should have offered an apology. At one point she did say "I called all of my clients today" so I don't know if this was the RMT or the reception but either way handled incredibly poor, I followed up by email and it has gone unanswered which is why I am leaving a review. From the research I've done it appears they cancel RMT massages at the last minute regularly - I would stay away from this location if you are in pain and needing massage services for these reasons. I would like to mention the chiropractic services have been amazing, Dr. Mubashir Naeem has been professional, kind, and thorough in my treatment and I have felt immense relief in my pain since becoming his patient.
