We were never told anything, so it's hard to know what they did. Their mortgage broker was not good. He almost didn't get the closing date and we would have been homeless for a few days. He also pulled $10K more on the down payment from our sale, than what had asked for and that has really strained our move. Jonathan helped us buy our current house and he was fantastic! He'll call me as soon as he's available whenever I ask him to call me via email. His email responses are mostly cryptic and straight to the point, and some folks may take that differently. But for us, we like his cut-to-the-chase, no-nonsense style. Believe us, we have had a different property manager before, and he may seem courteous, but his responsiveness and professionalism are not even close to David's.

We have a 5 yr old who CAN'T be vaccinated yet so having an unvaccinated person come to our house and sit at our kitchen table for an hour puts our child at risk. It was awkward and we were put on the spot to complete a signing we were uncomfortable with. Overall a very bad experience. Steer clear of CW Title and Escrow.

(This was the last of three identical townhouses that didn't sell during the difficult market. Even after clearly stating my dissatisfaction with the service and requesting to speak to someone else, which was completely disregarded.
