While I am in the area I looked for a local Dominican hair salon. Today is the second time I try to make an appointment that resulted in me sitting there for over an hour past my scheduled appointment only for me to have to leave because it was getting too late. I was hopeful in having a relaxing moment before my date, instead ended up having to cancel my date. The most upsetting and offensive part is when I got up to tell the stylist my time is valuable and that I was leaving after waiting over an hour past my scheduled appointment she just responded with "okay" I said to her next time someone tries to make an appointment be truthful and don't make them wait a whole hour past the time they scheduled and she again responds with "okay" nothing else, no apology, zero accountability and a grin on her face. I was looking forward to a nice relaxing moment instead I walked out of there offended, my time wasted, almost in tears and my hair still a mess. If this is how they treat their customers there is absolutely no way I could trust them with my hair. Unfortunately this location does not value their customers and take advantage of the customers time. I do not recommend this place of business.

I showed up on time and was taken for service immediately. When you walk in it has your typical salon vibe with mirrors and chairs for service. My hairdresser was Giana and she was amazing. She was super nice and fulfilled all my needs. She asked what I was looking for and completed my look. They use WOW hair products which is good for me because my hair responds really well to them.
