Too much detail to go into, but we purchased a bundle insurance package with home and auto. Called Allstate to cancel policy 5 months later. Continued to receive notices regarding a policy we didn't own, and ultimately received a phone call about renewing our policy. We had sent numerous emails, and made numerous phone calls requesting confirmation of cancelled policy and a refund check...while we received email confirmation, we still received no check. We are going to look into legal matters regarding our refund. Additionally, even after I told the agency that my basement was fully furnished, when I received the policy and combed through it, I saw that she had put my basement as only 25% partially finished. Probably to make it cheaper just to get the sale. I didn't appreciate that deception. I wouldn't recommend this particular agency for your insurance needs. They only seek to secure the business rather than take care of the customer.
