I felt horrible thinking about him being there for THAT LONG in a room full of loud, barking dogs. I expected him to have the service done at the time the appointment was made, not hours later. When I arrived early to pick him up, they then told me he was suddenly already done. They carried him out into the main room (what if he managed to jump out of her arms and get out???) and struggled to put him in his carrier in front of me.
