When I phoned for an appointment I received a very professional greeting and was able to set up a time to fit my schedule. My first impression of the spa when I arrived was very pleasing and relaxing. The over all atmosphere is very stress free. The therapist, Teri, asked me what areas of my body she wanted me to focus on. I could tell she is very well trained and has a great understanding of the human body. She also has a very nice and soothing personality, which really helped me to relax. Bottom line. Teri gave me the best massage I have ever had. I plan on returning the next time I am in Cedar Rapids.
