I love the entire feel of this nail salon. It's a family owned business and everyone is always welcoming and in a good mood. I always feel like nail techs are in a rush in most of the salons I've been to, but not here! They take their time, and do quality work. I get my natural nails "dipped". It's a bit thicker than shellac but it's not acrylic. A lot of the salons I've been to lay it on pretty thick but Le's nails works super careful and when they're done, my nails feel super strong, shiny, and neat. My dipped nails from Le's last me close to a month. I work with children, workout regularly, and am pretty rough on my nails! When you first visit the salon, they will charge you $1 for a nail file and buffer. Because of state regulations, they are not able to use the same file/buffer on different customers. You take it home, and bring it back on your next visit. When it starts to wear down, they replace it for free. This goes to show how much they care about safety and cleanliness. read more

I've been going here for a little over a year and I have told every single one of my friends and family members (that i know enjoy getting their nails done) to come here and they are NEVER disappointed. I've been coming here for the past couple years and the service has been fine. Today was absolute trash. He had my feet in the water for I know less than 10 minutes. Did not scrub my heels although he claimed he did and I was done in like 20 minutes. Felt like rushed service. Definitely not coming back. Pedicure prices have gone up and the service is worse. I am pissed. Don't come here. It's the tall guy. And I'm surprised bc he was the one who had done my feet before. Not sure what tf their problem is but they need to fix this. Didn't ask which pedicure service I wanted or anything but he wanna turn around and talk to all the other customers in there and not pay attention to the client he's working on. Absolutely one of the best nail services ever! They won me over by 1) offering dipped powder. Dip powder is the natural alternative to gel and shellac nails. No uv light needed and the look lasts me two good weeks before needing to be refreshed. And 2) offering alcohol while served. Not just wine, but wine coolers or vodka are at your disposal, if needed. Seriously, I thought I stumbled upon heaven when I walked in this place! For the prude, you can also get coffee, tea, or water. I once heard these type places exist but I have never had the pleasure of partaking in one. The owners are very friendly and hospitable and did not give me the side eye when I walked in 30 minutes before closing. ( after working retail, I acknowledge that people are ready to go home after a long days work). Their jovial attitude made this a place anyone would want to hang out! In addition, the prices are reasonable for the service and attention to detail that you will receive. Located next to Taco John's there is parking in the front and space in the back, if needed. Honestly, terrible. The person removed my previous powder nails by using another fake nail to PRY them off, rather than sanding and repeated applications of nail polish remover, as I consider normal. The manicurist split my nail into slivers, cutting the slivers off. After a few days, most of the polish is gone, having removed a lot of my remaining natural nails in the process. It will be about a year before I have my natural nails back due to this salon. Beware. read more

I was recommended to come here by many coworkers so I was very excited when coming here since I have heard such good things. I asked for the below picture they had let me know it would have been 65 dollars for those nails after shaping and everything but what I actually got done would only be 55 so I was going to be charged an extra $10 for an extra line. I asked for coffin and a lot of the nails weren't shaped correctly or just off even the placement of some of them were crooked. Even when I pointed it out to my technician it wasn't corrected. Maybe it was just the technician I had but she did not care at all about the nails. I really wanted to give this place a chance. I also brought my friends with me to get her nails done and while I was getting mine done she got a pedicure; she is very indecisive and didn't know if she wanted gel. She decided against it and when she was paying the person checking her out told her that maybe she should get gel next time when she has more money. I have tried Le's nails before and have had mixed impressions. I always get dip on my natural nails, which are fairly long. The method used to remove my old dip was long and unnecessary. Most salons will soak a cotton ball in acetone and wrap it in tin foil, whereas here my hand we soaked in a bowl of acetone for a long time where they had me try and scrape the dip off on a paper towel. A lot more time and tedious effort to remove the powder than needed. Once my manicure was started, it was done quickly and sloppily. Coffin nail shape was way overfiled considering I had the nail shape with my last manicure. Also left plenty of knicks on my cuticles and around my nails as well as residue from the powder caked around and under my nails. Other times I have left here and had my dip powder dip after one day. Decently priced but I gave Le's Nails multiple opportunities without satisfaction. read more

This was my first time at Le's Nails and it was wonderful! $45 for a gel pedicure with the full works essentially (if you're unsure, feel free to ask about prices or for their little sheet about it). Friendly staff and clean seats, tools, chairs, you name it. Loved that they give you your own personal files that only you have used and suggest to bring them back so that you can continue to use them there to ensure they are used again by only you. Good conversation with all the staff members, funny commentary about the Lifetime TV playing in the background. This place is A JOKE!!!! First of all they say their pedicures are $33 for my 12 year old and myself and my 5 year old is free since all she was doing is getting her nailed polished. (Ok $66 total) Once you're in the chair, already soaking, they ask which pedicure you want. Turns out the $33 pedicure is nothing more than washing your feet, clipping your nails and polishing them. Opted for the $40 signature pedicure (to get an ACTUAL pedicure) Now we're at $80. I had to tell Kim to polish my entire toe nail because they ALL had spots missed. They bring me the bill after no nail art and agreeing to two of the $40 pedicures and it is $104!!! Ummm what?? Well your 5 year old was $15 and the $40 pedicures are actually $40 but we haven't updated the sheets and there's a $3 covid service fee. The work is subpar AT BEST and they have tons of BS fees!! At the last minute, they decided to close on July 3. They never called me to inform me of this. Mistakes happen! They could have made this right. Instead, they tried to say they called me. Then they backtracked and said they'd check with their receptionist to see if someone called (which proved my point that they were saying they called me when they had no idea that they hadn't). My first experience here was pretty good, so had they simply apologized and offered to make it right, all would have been forgiven. Instead, it really screwed me over because my wedding was July 5 and everything was closed on July 4. So in sum, I won't go back because they had my name and number for two weeks and didn't inform me they were closing last minute. This was for the most important day of my life as well. I did a walk-in for spa manicure and pedicure + gel last week, and they were so accommodating! Though they seemed busy, they tried to accommodate as many walk-ins as they could or scheduled them as early as they could. I was given water, led to a massage chair, and within 2-minutes had my feet soaking into the perfectly warmed water. The music was great, staff were friendly, and you could tell that the salon had many regulars passing through. My french manicure was amazing, and I'm going back for a new one soon. They do send you home with the emery boards they use on your nails. But I got just about the worst manicure I've had so far here. My gel manicure was not even set when I left and that is when I discovered that. Apparently my manicurist didn't notice because I didn't even get a hand massage after. I paid 30 % more here than I usually do. The worst part - It was too late for me to go back and have them fix it. I had to leave on a trip right away. This is by far my favorite nail salon ever! I have been getting my nails done for an extremely long time. I was visiting my son at ISU & needed to get my nails done so I found Le Nails. It was a clean nail salon and the staff was kind. I got a pedi mani. I did get the best pedi they offered. If I go back I will try their regular Pedicure! With my manicure she cut my cuticle so far back and I was bleeding pretty bad. Then my manicure polish was lumpy and did not dry. Instead of using a better polish she fixed two of the nails and that was that. The polish did not last through the next day! They seemed very nice but I am sad about the mani!
