This was my second time here, I loved my experience with my first time at this studio that I had to come back. The inside of the studio is gorgeous, modern but still warm and cozy. I think I arrived 15-10 minutes early, and was seen a few minutes after I sat down. My hairdresser was Ailan, and she is the sweetest. She was very gentle with the hair wash and precise with the haircut. I showed her pictures of what I wanted, and she truly delivered! So rude, then she wanted to tell me that the reason my lashes did not adhere properly was because I haven't been getting them done regularly. The most inappropriate question she asked me was if I was a lash artist. ( when she is not one) I guess being a customer is not good enough anymore maybe you gotta bring your resume. ... hmmmm. The whole experience was really bad, especially the fact that she was listening to some sort of social media on loud blast through the entire experience at the front desk. PS If they don't offer you a lash bath ( which is standard ) in her words it is because a " lash bath is an extra service" that's why I never got one. The lash tech that was working with me incorrectly placed the eye pads (not entirely sure what they're called.) anyways as a result my sclera is now bruised. My lashes and top of my eyelash were on fire when she added the seal to my lash. I do my own lashes at home usually and just wanted to get the done for once to treat myself and ended up paying a fortune for bad service. It was $130 something. I added a tip but only $10 as I honor tipping services but I refused to genuinely reward the service I was given! It was an unbearable pain for about 2 1/2 hours. My lashes are wonky on one side & started shedding same day? Overall it was pretty much what I was looking for but I wish I didn't have to endure so much pain to get it and It wasn't an allergic reaction it was a result of poor taping of my lashes.
