Dr. Khodosh himself was very gentle and explained everything that he was going to do before it did it, along with what I would feel and what to expect so that there were no surprises. I was so comfortable during the procedure that I fell asleep. I was so astonished, I called my mom lol. Gone are the days of tearful dental visits. They are not lying one bit when they say "gentle dental" -- 100% accurate. The WO office is on Valley Street. There's a private parking lot in the back of the building. The person who checked me in was friendly and welcoming. I liked the seats in the waiting room and the big windows facing Valley that let in natural light. The exam room similarly had large windows. The dental chair faced the windows, so you have a nice view (to distract yourself) to look at. Alternatively, there was also a TV screen playing video of Jamaica, which was relaxing. I was mentally walking the beach during my teeth cleaning. I was really nervous going in (like a little terrified), but fortunately all my worrying was for nothing. Brenda handled all my x-rays and performed my cleaning. She assuaged any and all fears I had. Brenda is the BEST! and Dr. Klausner was great - he explained my teeth/gum situation to me so that I understood, was super knowledgeable, answered questions or concerns I had, and from what I sensed enjoys his job (I think that makes a difference in quality of care and treatment). So far, it's been 5-Stars with Valley Arts Dental and I feel more comfortable to continue with their office.
