On carpet cleaning day, I hired a mover and moved the furniture. Alben didn't show up. Alben didn't respond to calls or text messages. He messaged 3 hours later to tell me he was sick. He apologized but didn't offer to remedy the situation. I'm out $150 for the mover, and the carpets aren't clean. Don't hire Alben, he might not show up.
