There's a lot of parking out front and many other stores around this area. When I walked in, I was greeted by an employee. She was pleasant and let me know that if I had any questions she would be happy to help. I wanted reasonable running/workout shoes that are inexpensive and they happened to have a clearance rack! My feet are wide so I'm very careful when looking for shoes that are specific to wide sizes such as locating the "W" on the shoes I like. I found a pair of shoes that had great traction and grip for running and socks were on sale Buy one get the other for half off (read the fine lines or ask a rep for clarification, always). They had a great selection of reasonable shoes and a variety of brands and styles. They also sell Crocs, backpacks and bags. When I got to the register, I was informed about the socks sale and how their buy one get the other at half off, worked. I always need socks and I had enough room in my luggage to take back home with me. I was pleased that the break-in period for my new shoes didn't hinder my workout for the night. My new pair of shoes were comfy and I was pleased with the service and product purchase from Famous Footwear.

She insisted I'd worn them outside. Accused me of having something splashed on it (part of the design. I noticed it before I paid for them). She was very condescending. This is the first time I've had a problem at this store. The two gals working when I bought the shoes were awesome. Guess I'll have to make sure one if them is working next time I decide to go in.
