I contacted All Turf in July...late for the season but I had to terminate the previous (National) company, after a full year of service all I had to show in a brand new sodded yard was large patches of brown spots and all kinds of weed! The first treatment was uneventful, but I knew I had to give the treatment time to work...fast forward to Aug 11, and Jeff the technician knocked on the door, to inform me that he was there to treat the lawn (and how) it would be treated, he also made recommendations, something that was not done by the other company, even after I inquired about what could be done to get a healthier greener lawn! All Turf gets an F+ in every aspect. Planted new zoysia last year & it turned out spectacular. Looked like carpet. Then they come out and spray my yard like it was 10 years old. It just matted and killed the grass, but they want to blame it on weather and other crap. They were not smart enough to treat it like a new yard. They have no solutions and on top of that they want to send you a bill. I'm going after this company with everything I got. They need to replace the grass. Do not sign up with them. I've used All Turf for the past 6 months with positive improvements to my lawn. In April, they asked if I wanted to add aeration services to my account. This would be a recurring charge which I explicitly declined. A few months later, I received a text that I was on the schedule for aeration and if I didn't response to the text then they'd charge me $140. This seems like an illegal business practice. They send auto-generated texts all the time and I did not take the time to read this one. But I'd already declined the aeration services so there shouldn't have been an issue. The services were still performed and I was charged $140. The aeration also damaged my yard likely because it wasn't prepped for aeration. When I contacted All Turf, I was initially told there was no record of me declining the aeration. Then a customer service rep said she did see my response and offered to refund the $140. Mark, the area manager, then reached out and said there was no record and they would not be refunding the $140. I had to call multiple times, send emails and texts requesting cancellation multiple times and still Mark refused to cancel my service until he spoke directly with me. And he still didn't understand why I'd want to cancel my services with their shady company. Had they mistakenly performed the services and offered a refund, I'd still be a customer. Instead, they lied about not having a record and then did everything they could to avoid giving me a refund. I received terrible service from All Turf. After 6 treatments my yard continued to have widespread weed growth and the chemical they used started to kill the healthy grass. I reached out to the manager, TJ with my concerns. He was dismissive, Mike, another manager made excuses as well. I canceled my services and they continued to bill me. We were never told that we were late to enter their schedule and that would limit their ability to treat our lawn for it's specific needs. But a crabgrass issue went from being a minor issue to an extreme issue where crabgrass has taken over our lawn. Seriously, what lawn treatment company can't get rid of crabgrass in a 4 month period of time (according to Google it should take 4-6 weeks to get rid of or show improvement after treating for crabgrass)?!?! Furthermore what company completely ignores the specific issue a lawn has and just follows the "program". I have actually been told at a most recent visit from an AllTurf rep that I need to re-sod my entire lawn. In addition, the messaging that this company provides does not agree with what the supervisors have assessed. In July, I was informed that there was a cinch bug issue by the only honest person I spoke to at the company. He informed me that they missed the ball on the assessment and treatment of the issue and said he would have a supervisor come out and assess the issue. I have used them in the past 8 months with not sign of improvement to my lawn. I have doubts that they're actually treating my lawn. They claim that I have "three perennials (meaning they cannot be prevented by pre-emergents)." They also claim that my lawn solution is "Digging the area up and replacing with new soil and sod is a common practice for larger areas or just pulling them by hand over time". Other profresionals are advising me otherwise. I see this company's service as a money pit, without any thoughtful solution but rather trying to make money from me. I've had all turf for almost 5 years, two years at my old home, and now three years at my current home. I've called them and voiced my concerns about my grass, which is patchy in certain area. I was told to use a bagger or rake up my grass after cutting it. I've done that, and still, my grass is still patchy and never turned green throughout this past summer. I called and canceled my service, and they wanted to know why I was canceling my service. I told them the reason, so now the manager wanted to talk to me and come out and look at my yard. I told him that I've already started with another company. I was then informed that he was looking at my yard, and he stated that it needed to be aerate and add some top soil. I have detached, aerate, and added top soil to my yard this past year. If my yard needs to be aerated and top soil, why didn't the technicians who service my yard leave a note and inform me that. I used All Turf for 11 years and had an ongoing problem with them over the last year, so I needed to terminate the service. I have a sloped front yard, and last year the service tech did an application after several days of rain. The ground was so soft that he left trails of boot prints 1-'2" deep across my lawn. I had the service tech inspect my lawn as he was doing a neighbor's yard, and at first he said it might be too much thatch, but eventually he admitted it was his boot marks. I contact the office and after several calls a regional manager came out and inspected the lawn. His supervisor agreed to fill in the indentations with sand and core aerate the lawn for free. I considered that making good on a mistake. I also asked the service tech to please not do any applications after heavy rain. It happened again this year. I contacted the office and the manager said it couldn't possibly be the service tech's fault, because he is only 100lbs soaking wet (same tech as last year) and that I may have caused the boot marks. I cut my lawn diagonally, not left to right, which is the trail of boot marks. The fact that no one was willing to come out and inspect the lawn, and insinuating that I was the cause of the problem and trying to get free lawn repair was disappointing. I have had their service for about a year. The chemicals they apply do not work for weeds or fertilization. They assure retreatment if you are not happy. But they will not show up for retreatment in a timely fashion. They will give you the run around. Nick (our area manager) is knowledgeable but has zero control over service technicians. Jim (A senior manager) is bottom line oriented and DOES NOT CARE about customers. We have standing instructions for technicians to call us when they are in our property. Service techs do not call. They are supposed to leave an invoice on the door. They do not. How do you know if they serviced your property? They want you to TRUST them!!! We finally made the decision to get treatments from All Turf like almost all of our neighbors have. We reasoned by the time we bought the weed and feed and red ant killer and spent our time and money doing all that we may as well pay someone to do it for us. All Turf worked with us on the price and the first couple treatments were done according to what we agreed but since we've never seen the same technician twice we're doubtful it was done right every time. I switched to All Turf after having major problems with another company. My yard had crabgrass significantly I one side of my house that the previous company said I would have to dig up to remove. Since my switch to All Turf that one side has NO crabgrass and my grass is filling in! The front yard looks healthy with no weeds. My backyard which had a lot of crabgrass and wild onion is doing so much better. Crabgrass is gone and wild onion is still there but it's hard to get rid off. Mind you my yard is surrounded by other yards that have more weeds than grass so it's an ongoing challenge. I'm now on my second year with All Turf and could not be happier. read more

You are instructed to leave a message if not available (this case new home, water run off problefailing NEW home septic....) NO one mans the email or voice messages until late the next day. Tree work was being cleaned up. despite this they continue to send and have to resend for POOR work. Specifically, they were told and emailed not to schedule me unless they speak to me directly. That's about the extent of their services. I've had All Turf for a year now. Started out ok. In fact, this past March, my lawn was the envy of the neighborhood. Suddenly after my April application my grass began turning brown. They said it was because I have fescue grass which turns brown in the summer. They say I have a fungus called "brown patch". If they knew that "brown patch" was a problem in my type of grass, why weren't they being more proactive and treating it before it turned brown. In all the years I've been here, my grass has never been brown in the summer prior to them treating. So now I'm struck with brown grass for the summer. I called back & was told "the signs probably blew away" but we'll come back out for "free" and retreat your yard. Huh? For free. I paid over $1500 from now until March 2019 and my yard wasn't treated...so where does the word "free" come from??? Fast forwarding to May, I stayed home to "monitor" the company's work. The truck pulled out to my home around 9:00am & was pulling away in less than 17 minutes. Did I mention that I have a large yard? Ok, so I run outside to catch him before he pulls off & he says, "I'm low on treatment supplies & I'm running late for my next appointment." WHAT??? You what?? How is that even possible? Terrible. Called All Turf to handle a chronic issue I'm having with my lawn and they didn't listen and they did not act in a timely matter. The manager, Brandon, was rude and arrogant. Below are photos before All Turf and during their treatment. You can see my lawn got much worse because they didn't address the issue I told them I thought was going on based on my lawn history and what my landscaper thought was happening. They didn't listen and they ASSUMED it was something else and wasted time. It took 5 weeks of me constantly calling before they finally treated for insects like I mentioned initially. I trusted them as the experts they claimed to be but it turned out I had insects as originally mentioned. The time they wasted cost me my lawn. So I took the following step, I replaced my SOD!!! despite that the chemical was so strong it killed my grass. I made the tech who came out in aware of the damage. They contacted their manager and he came out to my home and he made an assessment and stated without a doubt the application used damaged the grass as a whole and the New SOD!!! The manager told me they were scheduled to replace the SOD after I had to make the follow up with them; they kept giving me the run around and now as of today 01/25/22, they stated they are Not bringing SOD and want to look again. It is B.S, they are unprofessional and they have very little integrity. They admitted they used the wrong product for new SOD accepted Liability. This company only worry about your money not your yard, I had been using them a for three years and their service is getting worse, they only treat the front yard but not the backyard, however they charge me as if they treated both, my backyard was full of weeds on the last two years around spring and I have to call them to address the issue because the technical didn't do anything about it. I was with this company for over 10 years and never had a problem until this year when I went from having the "best" lawn in the neighborhood to "what is wrong with your lawn?" I called and emailed pictures only to be told we are coming out and "due to the rain we have had early spring these type of weeds are a problem this year". When I remarked that the same rain comes to my neighbor houses and they use other turf companies and don't have these weeds, I got no logical response.
