They came out, cleaned out the filters for both in about an hour and cleaned the single line for each. Water flew out of each sink like they were brand new. Total cost: $206.00 A far cry from the $1,800 that O'Hara would've charged.

This company has been unprofessional even with my continued communication. Both the worker and the…read moreowner are abrasive, unprofessional and the rudest company I have ever dealt with, collection agency or not. They are not respectful and questioned the communication I was already giving them. They threatened me with a law suit for the "exhausted efforts trying to work with me" as if I had not communicated at all. The law suit notice came for a second hospital bill in which I wasn't even aware they had. It has been emotionally exhausted telling them over and over my intentions to pay and times when I can do so. They walk all over you with no regard for the fact that you're a real human with real lives and real financial obligations such as rent and utilities. The owner even hung up on me after I told him I would not continue to speak to him if he kept talking to me with an attitude as he was. Be warned!! Do not let them walk all over you!
