Was told a revised quote was sent. Just came in and price went up a little over $400. Parts. Oil was not included in the oil change listed in the service. Never heard of that. I picked up and took Honda to another shop. Quoted about the same price but included oil and other parts. $400 less than Ride Now's revised quote. Regarding parts, after I bought battery from them, found out same battery was over $100 less at WalMart. A fuse I bought at O'Reillys was 1/3 the cost Ride Now wanted. I've had Ride Now do some good work but service and parts are out of line. If you're looking for a part, Google it and compare to what Ride Now wants.

Took my 21' lowrider s to get a diag to fix a crank no start. Ended up blowing the crankshaft out…read moreof spec. Settled with a rebuild on the motor and upgraded some parts. Bike got into the shop January 14th, just got the bike back August 18th. If you want your work done in a timely manner don't go to this shop. Also took my S&S crankshaft 3 months to show up when it wasn't on back and called S&S directly and confirmed that. They also had 3 different service advisors in that time span. Got hit with every excuse in the book as to why my parts weren't showing up in a timely manner and ordered half of them myself because of this. Their service advisor is an idiot, was told the bike would done between 11-12 sat around for 45 mins before it was actually finished. They also forgot to order half of my parts for the rebuild, called me n told me that instead of just ordering the parts and biting the bullet on their own mess up. Dyno numbers were also disappointing. Going to have to take it somewhere else for a retune, and spend more money. Don't waste your time or money here.

My experience…read morestarted off strong; I was greeted warmly with a water, and my salesman, Dustin, was a polite, upfront gentleman. However, the experience fell apart during the trade-in process. After being quoted a fair range of $1,500-$2,000, the "verdict" came back at a laughable $500 for a low-mileage Ninja 300, citing wear-and-tear costs that didn't come close to justifying a $1,500 drop. When I chose to walk away from the deal and mentioned that my time had been wasted, I was met with shocking behavior from the General Manager, Brian Ruiterman. Instead of trying to save the deal or de-escalate, Brian made a dismissive hand gesture and told me, "BYE, BYE." To be treated with such arrogance by a GM is unacceptable. Dustin actually came out to apologize for his manager's behavior, which says a lot about the culture Brian is fostering. I would have likely bought the bike outright without the trade-in if the management hadn't been so disrespectful. I will be reaching out to corporate and Gina Marra. If this is how the leadership treats customers, go elsewhere.
