I visited GO AZ Peoria fully prepared to purchase a motorcycle I had seen online. My experience…read morestarted off strong; I was greeted warmly with a water, and my salesman, Dustin, was a polite, upfront gentleman. However, the experience fell apart during the trade-in process. After being quoted a fair range of $1,500-$2,000, the "verdict" came back at a laughable $500 for a low-mileage Ninja 300, citing wear-and-tear costs that didn't come close to justifying a $1,500 drop. When I chose to walk away from the deal and mentioned that my time had been wasted, I was met with shocking behavior from the General Manager, Brian Ruiterman. Instead of trying to save the deal or de-escalate, Brian made a dismissive hand gesture and told me, "BYE, BYE." To be treated with such arrogance by a GM is unacceptable. Dustin actually came out to apologize for his manager's behavior, which says a lot about the culture Brian is fostering. I would have likely bought the bike outright without the trade-in if the management hadn't been so disrespectful. I will be reaching out to corporate and Gina Marra. If this is how the leadership treats customers, go elsewhere.

Kyle is very rude and disrespectful in his tone and delivery of how he states his opinion and talking down to the carrier driver. One of the sales team came out to see what he could do. Stating he'd help and do what he was able to do without violating his company policy. Craig operated the carrier lever lowering the deck and its extension. In what took less than 3 minutes Kyle was still getting himself worked up over this situation. Kyle even gave a rude hand gesture to the driver upon my leaving the property.

Approaching business day 5 I called in and requested to speak with him directly and the lady claimed he was out of office and that HE would call me back later. Instead of HIM calling to speak with me like I requested, SHE sent me a text message not answering any of my questions giving me blanket responses about why my bike hadn't even been "touched" yet. Finally, over a week later on Saturday I received a phone call from who claimed to go by the name of "Seth" and he stated they "couldn't figure out what was wrong, without me paying for 3-4 hours of shop rate to tear down the whole motor". Then informed me THEY stripped the crank shaft thread. I stated that I had no issues 8 days prior to dropping off *have video and picture proof* and he stated it HAD to have been me who did it because they have "proper tools". I replied with my father in law who builds race cars has "proper tools" and he's the only one who had touched the bike along side myself. Mind you, WE are both biomedical engineers and work on 10s of thousands of dollars of medical equipment every day. 3/28/24 pick up day. We arrived at approximately 8:15am to pick up the bike and address the "stripped shaft threads" situation and the owner "Steve Trivisonno" insisted on loading up the bike post collection of payment from me. I stated to him that we would load it as I wanted to open the crank case by removing the cover and inspect the "stripped and grinded down threads" as his employee told me on the phone and his whole demeanor changed. He then was attempting to "explain" what was wrong to me like I was a toddler. I asked him why he was speaking to me like that and he stormed off like a CHILD and said " try not to get MY parking lot all dirty" referring to oil that was coming out of the crank case.... Mind you their establishment, I don't know if I'd even call it that, shares the lot with another business so HE owns nothing. Steve never cared to explain anything to me before paying for anything, ask me if I wanted further repairs or simply have some decent customer service not only has a "business owner" but as a damn human. Not to mention I was told on the phone because lack of diagnostic and it "only took 30 minutes" they were going to charge me 1/2 the shop labor rate which would be roughly $50 and instead they charged me .75/hr rate totaling to $71.25. I wouldn't recommend him or anyone who works here for ANYTHING, much less a diagnostic. Both the phone call for an update as well as pick up interactions were both fully video/audio recorded and documented, so for the record these aren't unsupported claims.
