I visited GO AZ Peoria fully prepared to purchase a motorcycle I had seen online. My experience started off strong; I was greeted warmly with a water, and my salesman, Dustin, was a polite, upfront gentleman. However, the experience fell apart during the trade-in process. After being quoted a fair range of $1,500-$2,000, the "verdict" came back at a laughable $500 for a low-mileage Ninja 300, citing wear-and-tear costs that didn't come close to justifying a $1,500 drop. When I chose to walk away from the deal and mentioned that my time had been wasted, I was met with shocking behavior from the General Manager, Brian Ruiterman. Instead of trying to save the deal or de-escalate, Brian made a dismissive hand gesture and told me, "BYE, BYE." To be treated with such arrogance by a GM is unacceptable. Dustin actually came out to apologize for his manager's behavior, which says a lot about the culture Brian is fostering. I would have likely bought the bike outright without the trade-in if the management hadn't been so disrespectful. I will be reaching out to corporate and Gina Marra. If this is how the leadership treats customers, go elsewhere. read more

Refusal to help unload a motorcycle off a carrier. Stating it's a liability to be within 5 ft of the truck and carrier. Kyle is very rude and disrespectful in his tone and delivery of how he states his opinion and talking down to the carrier driver. One of the sales team came out to see what he could do. Stating he'd help and do what he was able to do without violating his company policy. Craig operated the carrier lever lowering the deck and its extension. In what took less than 3 minutes Kyle was still getting himself worked up over this situation. Kyle even gave a rude hand gesture to the driver upon my leaving the property. read more

I contacted these folks based on a CycleTrader add for a new Royal Enfield Continental GT they posted for $3900. By the time it was to go out the door the price had almost doubled - that's right doubled. There's got to be some truth in advertising issue here, but it seems to par for the course when buying new from a dealer. Ive never bought a bike here, but brought my KTM 1290 super adventure R here to be serviced several times and had some warranty work done, and I was treated like gold the entire time. GO AZ isnt Ridenow, dont even compare them. These guys care about their names and you see the same employees there all the time and they recognize you. Excellent shop as well. They also have zero issue letting you demo a bike and they also know their bikes. I spot to several people there about a 1200 GS and they wouldnt even let me fill out an app for it, until I had ridden it. I ended up not getting that bike, but it was still an amazing experience. read more

STAY AWAY! Do not let these people touch your bike unless you're a glutton for punishment! I brought my bike to the service department to have the front tire replaced. The "tech" dropped my bike while replacing the tire right onto the oil cooler and caused damage to an otherwise flawless bike. They called me over to show me what happened and said they would take care of everything. I told them that my bike never had an oil leak and I was concerned that once they fixed it it would leak oil. Sure enough, after they "fixed" it I had to bring it back because it was leaking oil not even a week later. When they "fixed" it again, I told them I hoped this was the last time I had an oil leak. A week later the bike is leaking again. Now they're saying it's not related and had to pay $823.37 to get my bike back. There's no guarantees that we're done with the oil leaks so if I was you I would not walk away but RUN! read more

Much like my recent review of the Scottsdale location, there really isn't anything I DON'T like about Go AZ Peoria. I've been here on numerous occasions now, had my Speed Triple serviced here (brake pad replacement in that case) and every time it has been a nice experience. I attended the Tacos and Test Rides event yesterday (9/23), tested a beautiful and sexy Triumph Thruxton R, had some tacos and got the Speedy washed. As always the atmosphere was relaxed. You're always warmly greeted, whether by one of the ladies at the greeting station at the entrance or a salesperson. There is none of the hungry sales pressure you often get from car dealerships or some bike shops. I spoke mostly with Danny, a relatively new guy at Go AZ and he was awesome. Like all the staff he is friendly and engaging. Set me up with the test ride and just spent a lot of time chatting about bikes and general topics. This is typical of what you get here. You could walk in, have a look at the beautiful bikes, grab a bite or just hang out. The shop itself is well laid-out. Good assortment of bikes and gear amidst a snack bar area as well as an upper level lounge to spend some time if you like. Clean, upscale without being pretentious in any way. I didn't trade the Speed for the Thruxton, but did think pretty hard about it. The Speed Triple is just so great. Go AZ is definitely the only place I'll take my bike for service and my next purchase, when it happens, will be from them as well. If you're a fan of motorcycles, do yourself a favor and take a trip to Go AZ Motorcycles Peoria. You won't regret it. read more

Where to begin. A long review is ahead. At first I wasn't going to write this review. Then I thought others in the riding community should know about the rest of the story of the total customer experience at the Peoria GoAZ store from several of my visits. Here is my experience. Particularly this last visit in June 2018. I'm not a new rider who just got their license and buying a first bike. I've been riding for close to 30 years. Between the Scottsdale and Peoria stores, I've purchased seven motorcycles since 2013 ranging from Street Triples, Honda Grom, BMWs and more. The last week of June 2018, I brought in my 2018 Street Triple RS for a yearly service on an appointment and dropped it off. Bike was in excellent condition with only 2100 miles so really not a lot to do except check torque specs , fluid change and such. Service took much longer than they said it would. I was called when it was done and I returned to retrieve it. Walked up to the parts/service counter where Felipe was the only employee working and no other customers. Told Felipe I was picking up my bike. We talked for a few minutes and then another employee walks up to the counter. Felipe tells the other employee "hey this guy (me) is here to pick up his bike". I said "I thought you were helping me?" to which Felipe said no and mumbled something I couldn't understand. Annoyed with this and being referred to as "this guy", I just decided to proceed with paying for the service and go about the rest of my day. Felipe knows me from several previous visits to the parts counter or so I thought. Whatever Felipe was doing on his computer was more important than helping me and taking my money, and he didn't clarify that he could not help me nor did he get another employee to do so. On my way out I gave my feedback to Tommy who is one of the managers who knows me from the Scottsdale store and knows the tens of thousands I've spent over the past five years. I informed him that I was disappointed with the lack of basic customer service, especially towards an actual paying customer. I also informed him I was actually considering purchasing a touring bike from them but changed my mind after the recent experience. He apologized. Just this weekend 07/07/18 I purchased a 2018 BMW R1200GS Rallye and traded in two of my six motorycles for it. I gave my business to the Scottsdale sister store where I've purchased most of my other bikes from. Those guys there are consistent in exceeding my expectations whenever I visit and if they miss the mark, they are quick to take meaningful corrective action. Not just lip service. I've noticed a significant employee turnover rate at the Peoria store as evident by all the new faces I have seen since it first opened. I caution all to look deeper into the customer service and sales practices of Peoria GoAZ with a truly objective lense. read more

How a company responds to an issue says a lot more about their culture than when everything goes perfectly. My wife and I have been in a lot and really liked working with Craig on the sales side. I tried out their service and brought both of my bikes in for new tires and batteries. There were several issues that kept my bikes from being finished by a pre expressed deadline. Robin was able to find the missing parts and looped in Justin. He had the service staff stay late and finish both of my bikes. I told him to leave the keys under my seat while I drove the first home as they were already closed. I pulled back in after 8 (they closed at 7). And Justin was sitting outside waiting for me because he didn't want to leave my bike unattended. He shook my hand and apologized for the issue and said he wanted to make sure I was taken care of. 19 months ago I had a fantastic buying experience getting my first bike here. I have had all my service done for my bike here and bought all my parts here with the best service ever! From the front door to sales, parts, service and management Go AZ west has been fantastic. Several weeks ago I began to have some issues with my bike, it was in an out of service for awhile and finally the manufacturer bought the bike back. During this time Justin in service did everything he could to facilitate my bike being fixed, he went above and beyond and made a bad experience with my bike the best he could. T seemed like we talked on the phone everyday and I always new what was going on. When the manufacturer bought my bike back Kyle the service manager got all the paperwork over right away and made the process as smooth as possible. Sean the general manager kept tabs on everything and helped where he needed, overall making the process as smooth as it could be and got a great outcome. Then after it was settled Kelly in sales stepped in and got me on a fantastic bike. He and the finance manager Kevin worked hard to get me a great deal and got me back on a new bike fast. No hassle sales for both my bike purchase. I would never buy a bike anywhere else. I am relocating next year and when the time comes to buy a bike I will fly back AZ to buy a bike here and break in on the ride back up the pacific coast highway back to Oregon. I will give them credit for caring. After I posted this review I received a call and they offered to pick up the bike and fix it. It is there now and I'm waiting on the results. That is good customer service anyway you look at it. Hopefully they will resolve the problem this time. In fairness this bike sat for a while so it may have some issues with it not running. Fingers crossed. Follow up. They fixed the problem and the bike is currently running. Kyle explained the issue and the reason that they had trouble detecting it. There was no charge for replacing the ECM that controls the fuel pump. The five star review is for the excellent customer service. Hopefully everything stays running. read more

The staff will do everything they can to ensure you leave happy and. Content. I bought a new cycle that has several parts on back order due to demand. Colten in parts did everything he could to assist me with various part options. He also has excellent cycle knowledge. Brett is service Is equally accommodating. A part came in at 6 P.M. July 3 that I was hoping could be installed for my July 4 ride. The dealer was closing in 30 minutes. When I asked Brett and service if there was any chance to get the part installed (expecting a no), he immediately got my bike in and got me our the door as a VERY happy customer for life. Erin and Nick in sales are both great as well. By my own admission, I am one hard guy to win over. Overall, I cannot Imagine a much better overall experience from a customers service level. These guys are Top Notch, Period. What a blessing it is to visit dealerships outside of New York City. In NYC you need to make an appointment a week in advance and get prepared for a long wait and an ambush of your wallet. I called these guys, told them my time was limited and needed (wanted really) my new Penske suspension put on so I could turn around and go up into Utah. Done. They could have said no, pick it up tomorrow, but they didn't, they got it done. My bike is an older R1200GS with very few miles, but still has had many recall issues. Done. No time wasted. Done, and with the paperwork to back it up. Great Decor and a MASSIVE customer lounge that I fell asleep in since I had come into Phoenix on the "Red Eye". I had thought of selling my bike, and after these guys wrenched it, I fell in love with her again. Such a great feeling. I went to Go AZ on 8/19 to have a tire replaced on my 2013 Ducati Multistrada 1200 S Touring. I did not buy the bike from Go AZ however they informed me that my battery was dead and needed to be replaced. I thought no worries, I purchased my bike as a New dealer leftover from another dealer and it should be covered under Ducati's 2yr warranty which covers the battery for up to 6mo. I was horrified to find out that not only was the warranty expired, it had actually expired long before I purchased the bike back in June. This was never disclosed to me by the other dealer even after going for 1 service and 1 repair since purchase and all it took was a quick search by Justin from Go AZ to verify. With no obligation to me as a customer from a competing dealer Spencer from Go AZ went above and beyond to replace the battery free of charge while the warranty nightmare is sorted out. In addition to being "The Home of the Free Demo Ride" and a great place to hang out, Go AZ has shown their dedication to excellent customer service! If it wasn't for the deal I thought I got on this bike I would've surely purchased from them. It's a tough lesson to learn and I'm hoping the warranty issue is resolved soon. read more

(Less than 30 miles altogether) so I pay hundreds to get my ride out of the middle of nowhere, spending all day in the recovery process then they repair it at no cost as they should. This dealer advertises a price which they then markup using ridiculous charges i.e. $400 for documentation(not reg/license) . They also wanted a prep charge of $400 for a bike on their showroom for 1.5 yrs(453days to be precise). So I was lured in by a $1547 discount off MSRP on a 2019 new bike, but their freight, prep and doc fees put $1300 right back on and they took the Factory incentives...LoL. Don't know about you but this is how dealers end up being called Stealers! I recommend you find a dealer who is more honest, they are out there. Got a 2013 triumph Daytona 675R, sales and management were awesome. Very competitive prices. Ride now Peoria/Goodyear dealerships are garbage in general, but especially in comparison to goAZ west. It's used inventory is in the front and you'll find some cool stuff. It's the only place I've seen where you can see Ducati's, triumphs, BMW's, AND Zero(the electric brand.
