I have been going to this Bridgewater location ever since just after the store opened and the staff…read moreknow me very well we all tease and joke around with each other I bought tons from them over the years and even sold to them they made a lot of money off me but this new manger had it in for me from the start ever since I confronted him about his insulting lowball offer of $30 on a vintage 1990's component system that he had a one second smirk on his face so HE KNOW it was a insulting offer. When I told him that my health isn't good he shows no sign he even cared. Then today without warning he kicked me out of the store for what? I was joking around with one of the staff no worse then I always do and I said one thing to another worker " I guess the manger don't want to sell me that stereo" that's what this new manger calls rude and breaking his rules. To makes things worse the manger didn't want me to be talking to other customers but the only time I ever did that they started talking with me first so I got in trouble but they didn't Don't get me wrong I have no problems with the staff themselves but the new manger is very rude and mean. I will edit this review only when the new manger says he's sorry to me(In person and in front of everyone in the store) and lets me back in the store Because I did nothing wrong. I'm one of the only ones left that service this kind of vintage tech and I always gave this pawn shop first chance at buying it and they sell what I bring in so they make money. I guess it's time to sell it on my own and take my money else where I just feel bad for the other staff they was always nice to me because hurts them too. The store clerk accepted the games for the typical amount that you would expect on a pawn. Uhoh, I seen one of the games I put in the bundle was a mistake. I asked the clerk if I could take back one of the games. The clerk then, literally, throws the games back on the counter and tells me he doesn't want my stuff. Instead of giving the price it is worth, they round down. Example, a ps4 game they should give you $8.00 for, they offer you $5.00, and sell the game for $16.00 or more. East Coast pawn shop offered me $10.00 for a wii system (when the buying price is $25.00), and the shop sells the wii system for $50.00. I went to another pawn shop, and they gave me the exact buying price as the website they use to determine prices of games or gaming systems.
