This is a weird pawnshop. It's the only pawn shop that seems to buy nothing you Are trying to…read moresell. Jewelry or electronics. It's also surrounded by a potshop, a 420 store, and a vape store. It's extremely uninviting when grown men are sitting on the step vaping and smoking. Pawnshops have come a long way. This one seems to have been left behind.

I have been going to this Bridgewater location ever since just after the store opened and the staff…read moreknow me very well we all tease and joke around with each other I bought tons from them over the years and even sold to them they made a lot of money off me but this new manger had it in for me from the start ever since I confronted him about his insulting lowball offer of $30 on a vintage 1990's component system that he had a one second smirk on his face so HE KNOW it was a insulting offer. When I told him that my health isn't good he shows no sign he even cared. Then today without warning he kicked me out of the store for what? I was joking around with one of the staff no worse then I always do and I said one thing to another worker " I guess the manger don't want to sell me that stereo" that's what this new manger calls rude and breaking his rules. To makes things worse the manger didn't want me to be talking to other customers but the only time I ever did that they started talking with me first so I got in trouble but they didn't Don't get me wrong I have no problems with the staff themselves but the new manger is very rude and mean. I will edit this review only when the new manger says he's sorry to me(In person and in front of everyone in the store) and lets me back in the store Because I did nothing wrong. I'm one of the only ones left that service this kind of vintage tech and I always gave this pawn shop first chance at buying it and they sell what I bring in so they make money. I guess it's time to sell it on my own and take my money else where I just feel bad for the other staff they was always nice to me because hurts them too. There have been a few employees there that are really cranky and hateful, but there have been a few employees there that were nice and took the tax of the Sonic 2 I bought there.

The store clerk accepted the games for the typical amount that you would expect on a pawn. Uhoh, I seen one of the games I put in the bundle was a mistake. I asked the clerk if I could take back one of the games. The clerk then, literally, throws the games back on the counter and tells me he doesn't want my stuff. This person embarrassed me in front of four to five people. Having a hard time this month? DO NOT GO HERE! and yes it was this store!

Apparently they had no record of my payment so i showed them the slip they had giving me and they would not even accept their own slip that was giving to me by them to prive i had made a payment lol. And then instead of admitting to their mistake they wanted me to pay the store price they set to get my stuff back. Even though it was their error for putting it out early. I now have no place to pawn stuff anymore so i just go without the cash if im short as the other pawn shops are just as bad.

Was told that my items can be held for an extra 10 days by this businesses long time employee, as I was not able to pay the interest on the due date. I was ASSURED that my things would be safe until the agreed time that I could come in to pay the approx $40 interest, this was going to be an extra 10 days.But to my disgust, my items that are worth nearly $700 have been taken by the owners. I am very displeased ... I would not recommend taking your valuables to this place , I needed cash so I pawned my things for a period of time, in which I always come back to get out again. I'm always good with paying my interest on time and when I can not pay my interest on time I am responsible and call and ask if it can be held off for an extra given amount of time, the employee said YES. I mean... charge me extra interest then! OR don't tell me that you can hold my things a little longer. I gave a date and time when I would be in to get my items, I call the shop on the day I am going to pick my items up and they are gone?! I was given the word of the long time employee that my things would be safe until the end of the month. And here it is... nearly $700 of my items gone. Honestly.... if you need cash and need to pawn your treasured items for a period of time, be safe and go some where else.
