This is in a strip mall with lots of space, and tons and tons of parking space. -It doesn't feel like a "sit and read" kind of place. They have a few chairs near the front door for sitting, but I honestly enjoy the lack of a ton of sitting space. It feels like a place you can actually talk about books without feeling like a librarian is going to glare at you. -They have a bathroom! I know, fancy stuff. But legit, a lot of strip mall retail businesses don't have a bathroom. Storyline, specifically, has a single unisex restroom. It's clear this is/was the employee backroom, yet they leave it available to customers. Plus, complimentary feminine care products. Seriously, this is a level of care that needs to be shouted out. -Lots of book options. With limited shelf space, most of the "normal" books are single copies out on the shelf with "trendy" books having multiple copies for purchase. This maximizes the number of books available for purchase. -Really organized with gigantic hallways and walkways. No stairs to enter anywhere. A few of the bookstores in town feel super cramped; this one feels really spacious with skylight windows and lots of walkways. It feels so welcoming. Each "type" of bookshelf is really well-organized too, including clear shelf separation between "Fantasy", "Romance", and "Romantasy", really getting more granular than the "stereotypical" organization. -Littleton's Market, with its coffee shop is in the same strip mall. They have tons of seating over there if you want to take your book that way for reading. Crimson Cup is also down the street, though you'll need to drive to that one. -All the books look pristine. I didn't see a single copy that had bent pages or folded-over covers. -They have a cute tiny kid's rocketship in the children's book area, and it's like a super-small play space that could entertain a kid or two if parents wanted to browse books elsewhere. -It's a new bookstore, and the books are priced like new copies of the books. A few were on Kindle Unlimited, but for the ones that weren't, the prices here at Storyline were cheaper than buying on Amazon. We bought a couple, as I'm happy to support a small business in town, and I was just impressed to see that their pricing is so competitive to Amazon. CONS: -I really don't have a single thing. I'd love for it to have an attached coffee shop, but now I'm just changing their entire business plan on them.

I really enjoyed reading all of the little informational placards about the properties of the stones. The store itself has a very calming atmosphere and is divided into two sections. The back section has a really neat Bead Bar where you can make your own bracelet by selecting your own stones. It sounded like a really fun opportunity for a group in particular (though you can walk in and do your own if you prefer), which I would love to do. The staff is friendly. There is parking available in front, but if that's full, there's additional parking around back (make sure you stay on the street parking spots though, the back parking lots are for other businesses).

In one of the pics I saw a little beehive Christmas ornament so thought I would go check it out (my mom is bee anything crazy). I wasn't sure where the GPS was taking me but once I saw the beatiful mural on the side, I knew where I was heading. Really friendly staff and some really cute gifts here. I was promptly greeted when I came in and was offered some coffee or water. I had to pass as it was a quick stop but I really liked the vide here. The shop had a bit of everything including clothing, candles, jewelry, and all sorts of gifts including some gorgeous drinking glasses. Definitely worth browsing just to check it all out. Overall, it looked like the general price point is on the higher end but nothing too outrageous for a boutique shop. I did find the ornament I saw in the picture but I know my mom already has the same one, or one that could pass off as its twin anyway. So many cute gifts and would totally visit again even though I didn't find something this trip. I really had to resist buying something just to buy it (holidays and all) but they have so much cute stuff.

While they have a nice selection of fabric, the customer service is terrible when it comes to…read moremachine service. The staff never knows when the technician will be in, when the machine will be done, or if he has even looked at it yet. The technician says that he does one thing when it is evident that he has not. Multiple times I have brought my longarm machine home after being "cleaned" and "fixed" only to have the same issues. And I have clearly seen that the machine was not cleaned. I live an hour away and when I call to let them know that the issue was not fixed, the answer is "bring it back in" (2 hour round trip). Most recently, and the last straw, was after bringing my longarm in for a cleaning and being told that I was "first in line", there was no communication about the machine and when I would call, the shop tells me they don't know when he will be in and when he was last in. Then, a week later I called to check on the status of the machine and they say it is ready for pickup. When I got there, it was not ready, but he said I can "finish it" at home. After following his instructions, the machine still did not work properly. He then stated that it would need a $700 part (mind you, the machine was not even in the shop at that time). After spending hours on the phone with the HandiQuilter tech line, I decided I would need to find another dealer. The new dealer opened the machine up and it looked as if it hadn't been cleaned in years (he sent me pictures). The tech said he has never seen a machine that bad. So, it appeared that the $300 that Red Rooster required that I pay upfront for the machine "cleaning" never got done. I will not be going back and will never recommend this shop to anyone else.

Operated by the Worthington Craft Guild, the store is owned by local artisans who sell their wares. All of their items are handmade and I can tell you they are beautiful quality items that are perfect for gifts or decorating your own home. There were so many items I wanted to buy but i got the following: 1) A Christmas Spider. I got a beautiful ornamental spider to hang up next Christmas on one of my trees. I certainly learned something new as a Christmas Spider is based of a Eastern European folktale which explains one possible origin of tinsel on Christmas trees. According to wikipedia, "A poor but hardworking widow once lived in a small hut with her children. One summer day, a pine cone fell on the earthen floor of the hut and took root. The widow's children cared for the tree, excited at the prospect of having a Christmas tree by winter. The tree grew, but when Christmas Eve arrived, they could not afford to decorate it. The children sadly went to bed and fell asleep. Early the next morning, they woke up and saw the tree covered with cobwebs. When they opened the windows, the first rays of sunlight touched the webs and turned them into gold and silver. The widow and her children were overjoyed. From then on, they never lived in poverty again." I think it will be a nice touch to my Christmas decor. 2) A small hanging cat ornament and a small hanging dog ornament. Bought one for my mom (cat) and one for bestie (dog). Its just a cute handmade decoration. 3) Dragonfly necklace. My bestie is amazing and she was especially amazing to me and my family last couple of years especially when my mom had cancer. Mom bought her a beautiful handmade dragonfly necklace to give to her as a gift. She loved it! This is a wonderful little place in Worthington, OH and i recommend anyone in the area to support these wonderful local artists! If you are looking for unique gifts or decor come here! This place has total pizazz!
