I purchased a dress did not look at it closely and when I got home it had tiny holes in the lace the sales lady assured me it could be fixed but when she showed it to the alterations lady she start saying that she was not going to repair it unless I paid for it because she does not work for free . She was really rude and argumentative with a very nasty attitude . I was then asked to put the dress on so she could see what needed to be done , time I put the dress on she told be to take it off , then mumbled something and walked off . The sales lady stepped in and said I could exchange the dress for the exact same price , I did find another one but it was 200$ cheaper which I couldn't get money back so I end up getting a overpriced hair pin and overprice earrings so all wasn't lost . After I found another dress then the alteration lady came back trying to be nice , I declined alterations I would rather do them myself before I let her do anything for me . The saleslady saved the day .

They've got everything a person needs for entertaining. I have to control myself when shopping, because I want to buy something for myself. I love Nora Fleming and I'm always tempted to buy the newest items. I like that they have locally branded items. They'll offer locally themed tea towels with both. Alton and Godfrey printed on them. Another one of my favorite things to purchase here are; cocktail napkins and greeting cards. They've got some of the wittiest cards and the napkins make me laugh, too. They also have a fashion boutique for the ladies. A couple of my family members have bought items and have looked very stylish. On occasion, WB will have a few mens shirts and I've bought them and constantly get compliments, when I wear them. The service is very personalized and when you become a regular, they'll remember your name. If they don't remember your name, they'll remember what you bought and will make recommendations based on previous purchases. That's impressive and excellent customer service. Getting married soon? This rating is based on shopping for bridesmaid dresses, not wedding dresses (I'd already gotten my…read morewedding dress prior to shopping here). The sales ladies were very nice, and their shop is PACKED FULL of merchandise... be prepared to spend some time sifting through the racks if you plan on checking them out. Anyway, I've got the same complaint here as a few other shops--- they did not have anything for plus-sized bridesmaids to try on. As with other shops in the area, they only carry "sample sizes" that do not reflect the general population. If you're looking for anything over a size 18 for your bridesmaid(s) to try on in the store, good luck finding it, because it'll be a diamond in the rough. I hate only giving them 2 stars (because the sales ladies were very nice and they did have a variety of styles), but I'm hoping they'll contact their vendors and demand larger sample sizes so more ladies can actually try on dresses before ordering & buying them. Here's an idea; open an affiliate shop offering formal dresses that cater to larger women; it's a niche market, and with the right advertising & word-of-mouth, customers will be flocking to your store.

Beware!!! They tell you dresses will be ready a certain day, and finally arrive two weeks later…read morethan date promised, and just days before the celebration. And that was just the beginning. Apparently they measured incorrectly, because the alterations couldn't be done as needed. The girls couldn't lift their arms, because there was no room for letting the arms out. Being 5 hrs away, we couldn't have a fitting like most of the girls, so the day of rehearsal we had to go after and do the fitting and alterations, missing the rehearsal dinners, fun etc. When asked for discount, we were told no, alterations were free. However, even with alterations we still walked out of there paying for a dress that did not fit. Manager told us it was the manufactures fault. Sorry, but, they should have been on top of their orders!!! Feel bad for the girl, who only works there, because she took the many complaints for her manager. Horrible horrible horrible beware.

I explained how disappointed I was because when I dropped off the garments, there was no mention about having to replace the fabric of the belt loops or completely altering the back of the skirt where the zipper was. She asked what she could do to make it right. I could tell she really cares about her business and customers, as well as the quality of work they produce. I explained that there wasn't much because of how altered they both were but instead, to make sure her parents fully understood what the customer was wanting and not to be afraid to say no if they couldn't actually do it. She agreed and again, couldn't have been more apologetic. This was a learning lesson for both parties and I know how to move forward. In the beginning, she asked if she could give me a refund. I declined at first because I wasn't seeking one but instead, was really hoping something could be done about my clothes. After a few phone calls, I decided I'd go ahead and take it. Prior to this, It had been a while since I've brought something to them but because this was handled so professionally, I'll continue using them but for dry cleaning only. Michelle, thank you for your kindness and empathy you displayed in trying to remedy this situation.

I was looking for a place to clean and package up my wife's wedding dress as an anniversary gift to…read moreher. I came across this place when I was googling. The dress was pretty clean but the bottom was pretty dirty from our outdoor wedding. Their service was excellent. They got it cleaned and packaged up in box within two weeks of dropping it off there. The communication they provided was excellent. They even sent a text message when the dress was ready for pickup. The quality of work was well worth the cost. The dress cleaning and preservation was $260 then they offered two size boxes. The medium box was $80 and the large box was $100. My wife's dress luckily fit into a medium box so I walked away with an out the door price of $360. I was not aware until I picked it up that the box I purchased came with a window so that you could still see the dress while keeping it packaged up and looking nice! I would highly recommend this place for all your dry cleaning needs and especially if you're looking to have your wedding dress preserved. My rating : BEST
