No not me that was Mama! :) They were lovely helpful and just what I needed. I was looking for inserts to help my Plantar fasciitis. The workers thoroughly explained after hearing of my concerns and descriptions of my issues. Helped me try on several items and helped my Mama as well who's a talker and believer in true orthopedic items. I now am a believer too as my purchases have helped me feel better. Be prepared to spend money but know what you want, do some research and go in with questions. They'll get you moving. They also have shoe repair and carry high end long lasting shoes.

It takes time to flip through the items, but if you find something you like it's going to be an amazing value. Today, I found a red and black flannel shirt and it cost me only $5. Now, I just gotta wait till fall to wear it. This Kohl's has had a small facelift. They've redesigned the check-out/cashiers space. It is now similar to Marshall's and Home Goods. It get to the cashiers, you go down a long aisle filled with merchandise. That way if there's a line, you add impulse items to your cart. Today I was strong and didn't add the Godiva Chocolate Bars to my collection. Floor associates are always available for assistance and the cashiers are friendly while taking your money. Beware, they'll ask you to sign up for their exclusive credit. It's a good deal, but I have cards that give me points, too. My main purchases here are; socks, belts, jeans, Dockers, casual shirts and items from their home soft department. I suggest you got shop at your local Kohl's and see what you can find.

When I went to the front, there was a man with glasses and 2 girls, they were making fun of Kathy or Katie about her body weight and that's why she's warm. They were also making unprofessional remarks about not wanting to work with her. I believe they were bullying her and that's why she had tears in her eyes. I put my grandkids shoes down and left. I will not give my money to a business that discriminates against larger people and where grown adults are belittling a very sweet and kind person. I really wished I remembered her name, I know it started with a K. She was the one to help me when the guy and 2 girls were making fun of her. When I went to set my shoes down, they stopped talking, I don't think they seen me or knew I heard. They also said other unprofessional mocking remarks about the young lady who was at the back of the store at the time. They reminded me of middle school gossip. Terrible!

It was not. I looked around for an associate to help. A younger blondish female was walking out of the back area and I mentioned what the issue was and got eye roll and arms flap ! like getting help was a lot . She walked past without saying anything to me and talking under her breath as I followed her to the area of the brand of shoe assuming she was going to search . Still hasn't said a word to me so I I went to help my mom put the other pair on. When I went back to see what the progress on finding other shoe she had gone up to checkout area to start something else with no solution. Please keep in mind we were not expecting top notch level of service today but average would have been sufficient. She began to check us out! showing frustration or a bad day. If we ever decide to shop with Shoe Carnival again it will likely be at a different location or online hoping for a better experience. .
