Every time I need anything jewelry wise I come to this place. My whole family loves it. Matthew the manager is so intuitive to your needs you can't go wrong talking to him. My husband recently got me a necklace with the tree of life which I've been wanting for a while. Every jewelry piece it's certified and covered. I also had some changes and maintenance do to my wedding ring and band and it was not a problem at this location. For our niece's birthday we were able to find the perfect cross necklace for the occasion. We will only come here to get any jewelry because not only the customer service is top notch but also the jewelry pieces. I also have credit at the store so I get deals and coupons being emailed every now and then. Owing jewelry it's not as daunting as it has been in the past. My now fiancé got my gorgeous ring at this kay...he picked it out all by himself and said the sales people here were very nice and patient and let him take as long as he wanted. Apparently it was the only store in the area that had the particular ring he was looking at getting me as it was a limited production le vian style which was very unique since it was either this or have a ring made for me. They have a decent selection of the run of the mill mass produced rings as well on all price points. We went back to get my ring resized and they were still very nice to us. I think that it might be related to how much you're willing to spend there but they were still helpful when I wanted to look for gifts for the bridal party and wanted to keep them under a certain budget. It's a small store so the selection isn't the wide. They also have to send the rings out for resizing but I think that might be all of the kay's. My ring was gone for almost two weeks....they resized it and returned it with a missing channel side diamond but the gemologist called and said she sent it right back for them to get it right. The only slightly annoying thing will be that I've got to go back every six months to get the ring checked out because it's got a lifetime warranty but seems fair enough. Once you spend a bunch of money there you get kay bucks for every $300 you spend you get $100 which includes the outlets. So I was able to get him an engagement present in the form of a nice watch, necklaces for my mom and his mom and one for me just because. They also can approve you for their credit card with interest free financing for like a year so it makes the entire process less painful. On 1/17/2019 my wife and I brought our wedding rings in for their first cleaning and inspection of her diamond setting, plus she brought in her engagement ring to have it fused with her wedding band. I remember the sales lady putting my wife's ring in a small bag, then taking my ring, put it in a seperate bag, and put them all together with the paperwork to be sent off, and they told us the rings should be ready on Feb. 2nd. The 2nd arrives and we call to see if they're ready, and they are not, but that they will give us a call when they arrive. I think it was three days later we received an email stating "our rings had arrived, and were ready for pickup". I'm not upset they were delayed, I understand these things happen, but when we go to the store to pick them up, my wedding band is not there. The man behind the counter made a call and assured me that they were still working on mine, and that they would contact us when it was ready. Fine.....these things happen. After a week, we were in the area, thought I would check in, still no ring, so I asked them to call and find out the status. After about a 10 minute wait, what I understand is that my ring was not in the pouch, so it was never worked on. They said they wanted to investigate it more, but feared it was lost. Obviously my wife is upset because they've lost the ring she picked out especially for me. I'm very upset because I don't like being lied to. To tell me they are still working on my ring when it never even arrived just to shut me up and go away is poor customer service. Yes, they replaced my ring with with the exact same make and style, and a couple of the ladies apologized and said this never happens, and no, I didn't want anything extra in the form of compensation....I just want to know the people I deal with can be trusted. I have to admit going into a jewelry store can be very intimidating but the manager here at this location makes you feel like family he takes you under his wing shows you everything that you are looking for and more goes the extra mile takes time with you to make sure it is that's perfect special item you are purchasing either for yourself or for a loved one I have to admit it is the only place that I will go to purchase any piece of jewelry.
