For one the staff, one gentlemen in particular was extremely rude and stand off ish with me. Having very good quality items for sale you'd think any pawn broker who's worth their weight would be all over said items. What really made me come and write this review was when the owner in particular looked over one of my items, with not much care I must add. Then turned it away, which is any business owners right. So I completely understand, but when I asked him a direct question regarding where else I could take the items, he simply ignored me and walked away. The other thing that was a major red flag, after looking over Alabama state laws regarding this issue, was when I was told I could not conduct business because I had an out of state ID. In my years in pawn I've never ever heard of this, which made me look into said laws. This suggests they didn't conduct business because they were either too lazy to write up the paper work or they had their own personal reasons. There's a reason they have a 3.9 rating on google and they definitely proved that today. As a resource for the community and any one in need of services they really fumbled and need to do a deep dive on how true professionals in this industry conduct business.
