While my initial visit to the Medina store was unfortunately disappointing due to the management there, my subsequent experience at the Wooster location was truly exemplary. I visited the Wooster store around 4:00 PM on March 21, and the three women working at the time were exceptionally helpful, kind, and patient. They took the time to answer all of our questions and assisted me with several wedding band options. Because of their professional and attentive service, I ultimately decided to place my order at the Wooster location. The team there successfully turned my day around, and I believe they deserve recognition for their excellence. Thank you for your time, and I look forward to picking up my order soon. read more
