Archer in the Closter NJ office on 5/10/24. I have been at this office for 3 times in recent years. Each time, the co-pay is collected at the time you check in. I called the Teaneck billing office to explained to them the co-pay was paid, but I no longer has the receipt because it's almost 2 years ago. There wasn't anything the woman at the Teaneck office can do for me. I sent the statement (without a payment) back along with a written letter explaining my situation. That didn't resolve my issue because I had received another bill this month. I called the number 201-744-2894 on the bill and explained my situation. The gentleman I spoke with said that I must show prove that I had paid. He is not allowed to make any adjustments. He said if I don't pay, it will go to a collection agency. Bottom line is, they don't care to resolve your billing issue. They just want their money. Lastly, I was informed by them, they can bill you up to 7 years after service was done. So hold on to your receipts up to 7 years.

I had an excellent experience with Alyssa (as well as Karyll ) Alyssa asked me what my goals were and worked with me to achieve all of them. I am now able to easily walk up and down stairs, have 130 ROM: - 2 , much stronger quads, etc. Everyone at the center is always cheerful and pleasant. They work with you regarding your pain levels and provide short rest breaks between exercises if needed. I highly recommend this Kessler facility.

Each and every single person there is so friendly and greet you by name when you arrive each time. Alyssa and Amani are both so helpful with the exercises. Lyn is a fantastic physical therapist! She always asks where I'm having pain that day and really does such a great job working out all the knots and tightness. I always feel so much better after seeing her! Dr. T, the chiropractor, is also really great too, especially since I'm there because of back pain. They are also doing weekly COVID testing to make sure all of the patients stay healthy. They make sure to sanitize all of the equipment and beds before you use them too. They're also really great with rescheduling, which I always appreciate. They also are nice if you show up late to your appointment too. Overall, I highly recommend SportsMed for anyone needing physical therapy! It turned out they did not obtain the prior authorization necessary and they had the amounts wrong I did pay incorrect. It was on me to do all the research which took time. Ultimately I owed $25 which given I did pay each time I went should never have happened. Will never go back nor recommend. My PT left now anyway. They are sloppy on the business side. Sad really because they helped me a lot and the clinical staff was great but aggravation makes it not worth returning and the worst part is their management didn't even care enough to call me back.
